"Fraud Alert!
I bought a video card from this online store. I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks. When I called they said it was no longer available and they had sent me an e-mail (which they hadn't) and that they would refund my money. I asked them to send me a copy of it, but they sent me a new e-mail (not a copy of the "original"). Every time I called they said the person who handles refunds wasn't in. I finally opened a case with Paypal and they didn't even respond to that. Paypal eventually ruled in my favor and has credited my account."
"This company is using a form of bait & switch tactics (at least for Plasma TV's). They offer low prices (should be your first hint of trouble) but then they try to get you to agree to various overpriced addons. If you don't agree, your order gets put on backorder. They added an additional $120 for "insurance" after I had already checked out (something not mentioned when checking out). I finally canceled the order and bought it on Amazon for $100 less and free shipping."
"Purchased DVD cases. Shipping was $22.47. About 30% of the cases were broken and unusable. Most of the others were dirty and had marks that seemed to indicate that these were used cases, or possibly rejects from some other company."
"This store is just amazing! I have ordered from them so many times I've lost track, and I have never had a problem with them. They usually have the absolute lowest prices or are so close the lowest that it's not worth risking buying from an unknown company.
Shipping is often free or is very reasonable. They are fast and returns are no problem. There is a reason why their ratings are so high.

I don't trust a store that doesn't list a phone number in their "contact us" section (which they don't).
EDIT: I was mistaken about the time difference, however, I believe the cancellation was sent at 4:08 EST. The phone number was not listed in the Contact Us section. There is a phone number in the FAQ section, but it says it is for orders only. If I had seen this, perhaps I could have cancelled in time.
The company offerred to waive the restocking fee if it was returned unopened."
