"I ordered 2 Nikon accessories on 9 oct 2008. I still have not received any tracking or shipping confirmation from them, they did not even reply my email until today after I disputed the payment via Paypal. Fortunately, I made the payment with Paypal. After I did that, finally they sent a reply stating that the orders has been shipped and en route to my address, they also said that they have sent the tracking number and receipt to my email address which I never receive. I replied their msg and have not got a reply. This is truly a bad company to deal with. Hopefully the order will arrive. Edit : I got the package, it was very late but I'm glad I finally got it. The store didn't even bother replying my email ever since I disputed the transaction via Paypal."

"Fast customer service response when I asked about the availability of an item. I ordered it through their website and got the tracking number the next day. The item arrived 3 days later. Thanks newegg for great services so far."

"I bought 2 filters from them, shipped on the same day, 2 days later arrived in my apartment. B&H has always treated me well. Additions : I have had 19 transactions with them and B&H has always treated me well. Way to go B&H. Edit : Not so good impression in the last transaction. I returned a lens for an exchange because the box looks beaten up due to poor shipping packaging. Putting too much items in a small box is a no-no. I got the new one back, but the lens I got is clearly has been opened before but arrived in good condition, not as flawless as I hoped for. I'm done with this, I don't want to waste time exchanging lenses again. B&H should have done better, much better."
