Everything bad except for the products
"Finding the item on the website was difficult. Then the promised delivery date came and went and went and went. Finally, three days after the promised delivery date, the items arrived. Bad experience all around."

Items delayed....and delayed....and delayed.
"I thought I had ordered my items with plenty of lee time, knowing that they were coming from China. However, after two months, only 1/3 of the items have been received. The rest are still not received and the event I need them for is this week. I've tried several times to cancel the shipment and receive a refund, but am not receiving any reply. I would also like to return the items that I did receive, but also not receiving a reply with an RMA or return address. Try to find another supplier. The aggravation is simply NOT worth it!!"
