"I have done business with NewEgg for nearly ten years and, as a result of my interaction with them this past week, I will continue to do business with them in the future. Last month, I ordered a WD Caviar Black 1 TB hard drive, which arrived at my door three days later. After receiving the new drive, I removed it from its packaging and placed it in my desktop computer to run the manufacturer's diagnostics software on it. After it successfully completed the Quick Test with no errors found, I was sure that the drive was good. However, when I went to install the drive in my sister's desktop computer, it quickly deteriorated and Windows was unable to format the drive after a failed installation. So I called the manufacturer to obtain an RMA (which they gladly processed for me), but due to the lack of available replacement hard drives, they could not guarantee an exact replacement date for the RMA. So I contacted NewEgg, which promptly processed an RMA for me for refund for the price of the drive (no refund on the shipping,of course). When I was unable to print the RMA return shipping label from the link to UPS' site, I contacted NewEgg again and was assisted by a rep named Claudine, who sent me the shipping label in the form of a PDF attachment, and I was able to print the label. After deciding to RMA the item for an exact replacement instead of a refund, I once again contacted NewEgg and a representative named Edward promptly updated my RMA information appropriately and with no hassle, no fuss. When I left positive feedback concerning my recent experience(s) with NewEgg in this matter, I was rewarded with a free gift (a large NewEgg T-shirt) as a token of their appreciation. I highly recommend NewEgg to anyone who is looking for computer components or household items and electronics. NewEgg rocks!"
