HORRIBLE
"I placed an order and the confirmation was sent. I then did an online chat to see why it said delivered and I found out it was rejected by the florist and never filled or delivered. It was for a funeral! I will never order from Florist.com. If i did not follow-up I would never have known they never got the plant and i would have been charged!! They gave zero reasons why this happened and said they would refund my money in 3-5 days ! NO FOLLOW-UP OR REMORSE!"

takes 3 full days to go to post office and drop a pair of laces.
"I am so so surprised to see that a Californian seller would take 3 full days to drop a pair of laces to the post office!!! Do not advise anyone shopping there. This was my second time that i had to wait over 10 days to receive from the US a package!! Will look for another seller, hope they will not treat anuone else like this."

I couldn’t escalate my case and it got resolved
"I did not receive my order but could not escalate it either, because o needed to wait two days. When I came back to it, it was “resolved”
The gift card I purchased never worked, I want a refund."

Great service, great PC
"Configuration could be better as it doesn't list the cost of different options, making it hard to choose when you're on a budget.
I also encountered lots of 'errors' while trying to configure my PC as some of the options I chose weren't compatible with others. This was extremely frustrating and in the end I had to get my friend who's an IT Specialist to configure one for me. That said, even he ran into a few errors.
That aside, communication was excellent, delivery great and the PC itself is superb and exactly what I wanted!"

A surprisingly engaging chat experience
"Delachat has been a great place to meet new people and have fun conversations. The platform is super easy to use, and the chats feel natural, not forced. I’ve had some interesting discussions and even made a few online friends. There’s a nice balance between casual and deeper convos, and I love that there’s no pressure. Also, not a lot of spam or bots, which is a huge plus! Overall, if you’re looking for a chill space to chat, this is definitely worth trying!"

"I randomly stumbled upon Delachat, and honestly, it’s been such a cool experience! The platform is super easy to use, and the convos actually flow—no awkward silences or spammy messages. I’ve met some interesting people, and it’s nice to just chat without any pressure. Some convos are light and funny, others go deep—it really depends on who you meet, which keeps it exciting!
