Stay Away. Terrible distribution jand customer service
"Ori. shipment missing parts, contacted them. Cust. Serv. took 3 days to respond & only after a follow up from me. Then I was putting it together to test it & realized the movement had no lock nut which their documentation says is included with all movements. Again, multiple requests & I get an email says she would have to submit another "replacement" request if I still want the lock nut. I immediately responded that Yes, I want the lock nut, it holds the hands on. Another business day & still no response."

Overall good experience. Dispatch took longer than expected
"Everything about the experience was good from selecting parts to receiving the PC. The only slight problem was paying for 1 day dispatch and it taking 3 business days to dispatch which is a very minor issue. The PC looks amazing and has very good cable management."

Looks like mine. Feels even better
"ONYC’s Relaxed Straight hair is just solid. The quality is obvious as soon as you open the package. It doesn’t have that synthetic shine, and it behaves just like my own hair after a fresh relaxer. I installed it as a sew-in and even after a month, it's still smooth and full. Definitely reusable, which is a huge plus."

Seats not assigned
"I booked my tickets and paid additionally for the seat selection, but the seats were not assigned to me. I had to call the Student Universe helpline before my flight and they told me that they'll call me back or email me with an update in the next 30 minutes but nobody reached out, and when I reached out 2 hours after my initial call, I was told there was nothing that they could do because there are no seats available together anymore. I could have reserved the seats together if they had just responded during my initial call."
