"I would like to say that IDSecurityOnline helped me out alot. This was a long process after getting a prompt response from IDSecurityOnline. The Evolis printer had a bad head and the Evolis company dragged their feet for months giving IDSecurityOline word that the new head would be on the way. Weeks passed again and Evolis then had an excuse and another. Finally IDSecurityOnline decided that they could no longer wait for EVOLIS to do their part of the warranty work. IDSecurityOnline sent me a replacement head and are still waiting on hearing back from EVOLIS. Thank you for your assistance and Eli gets a biggest part of the credit."
