"I try to change my password but the system asks me for a code that I should received by email, but I never got any email!!!
Also what the point to ask me for my identifiant, my old password, my security question response if at the end you are still sending me an imaginary email in my mailbox “to confirm my identity”. So much checking and at the end nothing work. Stupid!"

"We've got an email about some works that are going to be held in future month. After some time we realized that or database was reverted back by one month older version. Support explained that they had a problems with their procedures of moving to new equipment and that they will move our database to newer version. We were waiting for a month (during this month we did not do anty changes to website) and after we got an email that our database is now in actual version. But after our investigation we realized that nothing changed. So we now manually restoring all lost data.."
