"Their site indicated that a URL was available, and allowed me to "register" it. Only after I had paid, did I get an email saying that it would take 2-3 business days to process the registration.
Then later that day, I got an email saying that my registration was denied. In their defense, they did promptly issue a refund.
Looking back on the site now, I can see that it still lists that particular domain as available.
I emailed them to ask why this is, and they said that they don't know which domains are available. Clearly they do know, however, at least with this particular domain. And yet they still show it as available on their website.
I'd recommend using a different registrar."
