"tried to register a domain with these idiots... not only did they send an email stating the the registration would be "instant" but when that did not happen, they completely ignore a service ticket for over 72 hours. when finally contacted by phone, they demanded documentation... but would not say what they needed. the email saying that they needed proof of identity did not arrive until the next day, over 96 hours from starting time.
the domain was purchased using another registrar, and completely set up and running within 20 minutes"

"I registered a domain that they said was available only to have them then say, after I paid, that it wasn't.
Addendum on 4/25/2016: I called their customer support, who was very helpful, and they explained that the API that was hit for this domain extension often returns invalid information and that this was the case here. The domain was apparently already registered. Frustrating, but understandable I guess. I have had good luck with 101domain for anything else I have done with them."

When we asking a new domain .com.gl your price is higher then other your domain price is 69$ and I purchased from other 41$.

"Massively frustrated, registered some domains only to find the settings lacking. I couldn't configure email so I had to activate the Plesk panel (at additional cost), only to find that I couldn't set a wildcard CNAME in the Plesk panel. I tried to move the domain, but they only allow it after 60 days. I already contacted support but they won't help me. I hope they won't do anything to my domains after writing this, but I'm going to get everything out of there as fast as I can."

"I bought a .pro domain from them using PayPal, all went smooth and after ~12 hours they asked me to confirm my documents and fax them to them and proof my ID, bla bla bla, all of that for $2..
I asked them to cancel it and they did, and I went to register it with another registrar but it wasn't available until days later."
