"We purchased this domain weeks ago and still have not been able to begin using it. We've submitted several tickets for support but receive only generic "we are working on it" responses. Very, very frustrated with this situation."

"The terms and conditions werent made visible while buying the product. I was registering a .ie product, and the country conditions werent shown in it.
The user support is also very very pathetic and delayed.

Too MUCH HASSLE with the extra documents for verification.

"I ordered my domain but had it delayed because of extra required documents Such a Hassle, I just ended up just buying it from GoDaddy, Was able to purchase it without all the extra hassle. The Processing and response time was also much quicker, 101domain was a disappointing experience."

You are putting your business at huge risk by choosing 101 domain

"We have four domains with 101 domain, they suspended and blocked one of our domains without any notice causing us serious disruption, loss of reputation and massive financial loss. A trademark complaint was falsely submitted to 101 domain, instead of making us aware or investigating they immediately removed our site, this means that you could be on the receiving end of a malicious attempt to bring down your website and 101 will just remove. We tried to explain to the legal woman, we were told she would call us back when she was back in the office, nothing happened, therefore we called again only to find that she doesn't even work in that office, she works remotely and doesn't come into the office! We spoke via email and we explained the situation and the trademark law and how we were not in violation, she didn't address our points nor deal with our requests. As a result we spoke to our lawyer and felt the only way was to get away from 101domain, they clearly are not interested in actual trademark law but instead if they receive a complaint, no matter how false they will block you, hence we immediately requested a domain transfer code. We heard nothing hence we had to engage our lawyer to contact 101 domain directly. He emailed and faxed them his letter with the intent of legal action and also the relevant laws in regards to trademark law, we emailed confirming this had been sent, their response: a link to their legal terms and conditions! Wow! That is not the way you reply to your customer or this situation, whether or not they know they are in the wrong they are clearly hiding and damaging our business whilst they are doing it. But really only then did we realise the company we were dealing with, they have no interest in replying to your points, address your issues, instead they will have no problem in putting your domain and your business at risk, their attitude seems very clear as you can tell. It is up to you whether you want to risk your business by using 101domain, you are taking a huge risk with your business if you do as you can see above, we have reported 101domain to ICANN for their behaviour and our lawyer is currently calculating the cost of damage to our business, their refusal to inform us of the complaint is one thing, the refusal to reply to our points regarding trademark law is another, being lied to and refusal to even do the proper investigating into the actual law is another but finally to reply to our confirmation of our lawyers letter with a link to their legal terms and conditions should tell you everything you need to know about this company, customer service, looking after the customer and most importantly the law is not considered important to 101domain."

"Everything fine except when it came to securing, installing and implementing SSL Security Certificate. Confusion between 101.domain and GeoTrust, who des what and who is responsible for troubleshooting, etc. It has taken several days to find the correct answer and its' back to the drawing board for our web designer. "

Wasted my time, ideas and money (temporally)

"I bought about 15 domains. Some in pre-registration and some open to the public. After a couple of days, they wrote they all got denied because of a server error. Of course I got my refund (after writing tech support) but what about my domains? This is the 2nd time with this situation, so I will stay away from 101domain."

Fast and efficient

"Registering domain names can be tricky and finding the right company one can trust, with fair prices is hard. 101domain.com was competitive, quick, easy and efficient. Will use them again when renewing other domains. Jim

I registered a domain name on March 28 2016. Received all the standard info. Spent 2 months building the site. Today, July 8, 2016; SEVENTY-TWO days later, I received a email stating the domain name status changed. It's not mine any more, someone else has the domain now.

When I asked what was going on, I was told that in deed, someone else registered the domain, and I lucked out. Was my account credited - no! Was any refund made by 101domains to recover the loss - no! All I got was a "status changed" notice and I had to track down what is going on. 101Domain dropped the ball and failed to properly register it.

101Domains.com should be avoided at all costs, unless you are ready to buy a domain until another buyer is found.

101Domain.com - Domains are reserved for a year NOT 72 DAYS!!!! Your mistake, which I am sure you will find a way out of, cost me a great deal of time and money. I understand your position now is to avoid a law suit. I'm not interested in wasting more time and money on the likes of your outfit so est easy.

The very least 101Domain.com would do is provide a credit for future use at domain.com. Duh! Does anyone not see the scam now?

I apologize for proving a good review at first, when requested by 1012Domain.com. I had no idea I was being scammed until today. In short caveat emptor'; let the buyer beware'.
