"It took 4 days of bouncing back and domain could not be transferred. Worst thing was no 24 hours customer support available for emergencies. I am international customer so it was very hard to contact u in ur business hours to ask for refund.. wasted lot of time. Very bad experience. Would not use it again... thanks..."

"I've paid for the domain name, the order for on hold because of ID / passport requirements to complete the order. After supplying requested information I was told the order cannot be completed because domain name was already registered. Am now wondering why on earth you need ID for? And why cannot you check weather the domain name is registered or not before requested sensitive and personal information. It almost seems to me like deliberately collectiing people informations. Very disappointed and worried about the safely of my ID that was taken. "
