I even got through a chat online with them and they never manage to get the country authorization so now our domain will not be up on the opening day, but they didn't had any problem on execute the credit card payment!!

"Overall my experience with this company have been poor and their service to be below average. Customer service is very very hit or miss. Their auto-renew billing is aggressive billing you 90-days before renewal. If GoDaddy supported the TLDs I currently have registered through 101Domain I'd never do business with them!"

"Very unsatisfied as my situation met with the Buyer's Code Online, as I requested a refund and was apologised to that my money couldn't be given back to me, even as I filed for a refund minutes after I'd created my domain, and my domain got registered only on the next day ( I found a situation just like mine online and the person got a refund, see more in http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1254074 ). I would never refer this website to none of my friends, neither will I ever use their services again. If you value your money, do NOT use their services.
EDIT: Their response was definitely standardised, as I have already sent a complaint and, as expected due to having a quick google on the situation and finding out that others said the exact same thing, all the technical support (someone called Kimberly Darwin Zadroga) did was blame me wrong and say they did absolutely nothing wrong, stating clauses from the contract that I couldn't find, and it's not the first time they do that, other people in blogs complained so too. I stand by my word, do NOT use their services if you value your money and time. Expect my lawyer to contact the company if my money is not given back till the end of this week, 101domain has scammed way too many people, and it's about time this'd stop. Enough."
