"I started working with 101domain as soon as the .ngo TLDs have been released, and they were the only ones at that time who offered .ngo domains.
Registering .ngo domains required several steps to validate the NGO which includes official papers and a global ngo status validation etc... ( don't remember the process well).
The 101domain team and their support guided me through the process clearly until the domains have been activated.
Since then, they also supported me promptly and efficiently in a couple of support tickets I opened and an online chat session. They were very helpful and friendly when i needed their help with something.
The service itself, including domain management, options, and interface are good and easy to use. No problems so far.
