"They do not verify .ae domains availability online, although they make you believe this IS an online verification during the purchase process. They do say the registration process is not online (take up to 2 days), while actually .ae registrations ARE online. The fault on not verifying the domains availability correctly and registering it is TOTALLY on their end! aeDA should considering revoking this company. They spend almost 48hrs with NO notice of my domain not being actually available and only refunded my payment after me filling in a ticket, to inform them the domains is not available and they were holding my money for no reason - and it still took a business day to effectively answer me with a refund, while I received NO REPLY for my ticket. They simply refunded and closed my ticket, as if it was a NORMAL procedure of they holding customers money. After searching the company around internet, I saw nothing but bad reviews of this company (including registrations that where completed for $10, followed by a letter informing the domain actually is "premium" and cost hundreds times the price ALREADY PAID and giving customers 2 days to pay). STAY AWAY OF THESE SCAMMERS!"
