So far so good. I ordered 2 sticks of 256mb Pc800 Rambus modules from 11cb early (3am EST) this morning. I called and spoke with Brian this afternoon to double check my order. He stated that the parts were in stock and being picked up by UPS this evening and I would have a tracking number tonight after 9pm. That means I should have my parts by Monday 1/13/03.He was very courtious and helpful, which is a good start. I am hoping that this is a sign of good things to come. If all goes well, I will continue to use them as their prices are reasonable (+ free shipping) woooo hooo. I also liked the way that they respond to the postings in here. I think that shows a willingness to listen to their customers. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and will keep you all informed of my experience. One way or the other I will post what happens. I wont hesitate to voice my displeasure if need be.
P.S. as far as what people say about his command of the English language... I know alot of people, born and raised here in the USA, that have a far worse command of English than he does. I also question these slammers as to if they have the ability to speak more than one language such as he obviuosly does. DOWN WITH HATE-MONGERS !

Used invoice number to check status of my order. UPS picked up my package at 7:23pm CST and it is enroute to me already just as Brian had said. Looking pretty good so far 11CB. Working on an A+.

As I go along, I will increase or decrease my rating accordingly. I've already bumped them from "neither satisfied or satisfied" up to "somewhat satisfied". It's looking to go up again as 11CB has continuosly updated me with email on my UPS package.

Received my Rambus modules yesterday right on schedule as promised. Popped them in the ole computer and woooo hoooo im flying now. No problems whatsoever. Haven't tried overclocking, and may not anyway since everything is running perfectly. This has been a most excellent experience. Will definitely do business with 11CB again. I've upgraded all my comments in the survey. A++ guys.

"I ordered parts from several different online companies for building a computer. This is the only company that I had any problems with. They have an automated email when you first submit the order. However, over than that you cannot find out your order status until it has been shipped."
"I read most of the comments on this site, and I will have to say, I have a very nice experience. Now granted, the order that I placed was not in stock, but they called me the next morning and told me they could upgrade my order for only 30 dollars more. I was ordering an AMD 2000+. They shipped it that day as promised. What was my fault was that I got my address wrong and had to call UPS the next friday and went there and picked up my CPU. As for it working, I can't say. I am still waiting on my memory from another reseller.
But all in all, these people were very nice to me on the phone when I called. I would and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

"TERRIBLE BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY FROM 11CB. BUYER BEWARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here's what happened: I have never been treated like this ever by another online company, nor any other company for that matter. I placed an order on Thursday, 12/19, because verbally over the phone, Brian Jung said he can ship everything the next day on Friday. As I checked the order online Saturday (11cb didn't answer their phones when I called on Saturday) and then on Sunday So I placed a phone call on Monday to check my order status, they didn't ship it out. It was sitting there. As I told them they promised to ship it out on Friday, the "owner" of the company told me that he would not honor his employees promises, and that I could either cancel my order or that he could ship it out today (Monday 12/23). I asked them if he believed in Customer Service, and he replied, "do you want me to cancel your order?" (By the way, the order was for $494). I told him that he should Next Day Air the order due to my inconvenience. And once again, he told me, "do you want to cancel the order?" I conceded, and told him as long as he ships today, I can deal with it. So I checked the following day (today - Tuesday 12/24), and it wasn't shipped. I placed another phone call. They told me that they still did not ship the order. That they would not ship until Thursday, 12/26/02. So I told them to CANCEL MY ORDER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer Service should be the back-bone of their company, and as I look at all the resellerrating's comments, 11CB should not be in business very long. My problem was that I did not check this website, resellerratings, prior to placing my order. So my horror stories have been listed on this website regarding 11CB. Shame on me for not checking this website, but shame on 11cb for not believing in customer service. BUYER'S BEWARE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM 11CB. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!"
