I called them up on a Friday afternoon, asked a few technical questions about case fans and my rep was helpful. I needed them fast and he told me that I should expect them to be shipped on Monday. They came through and I got them just in time. Packaging was definitely sufficient and product was just as their detailed description advertised. It's important when you need to know the speed, noise, and # of pins on the connector of your fans.
I usually stick to my own favorite online companies which are only a few, but I'd definitely check them out again for other products."

" Placed an order on the 17th with 11cb.com, and 3 other websites. All 4 contacted me the same day saying the orders were recieved and would ship soon. 2 companies packages arrived today, the 3rd scheduled to arrive monday. All 3 gave me tracking numbers on the 18th and had verified all information 11cb says they do.
No word from 11cb on shipment status, or if it has even been shipped. E-mail ****@**** and recieved no reply, sent an e-mail to ****@****, still waiting for a reply. It's now the 20th, and the order number supposedly will show my packages status on their page. Tried that, and the package can't be found.
Really wanting a status update but no status to be found anywhere.

(Side note: The part ordered was a Thermaltake VOLCANO 11 (A1607) Xaser Edition Highest Performance Cooler Retail Box. If this wasn't a major part to the computer i'm building, i'd have no problem, but when 90% of my computer (everything but vid card which arrives monday, and the heatsink) is sitting there waiting for a crucial part, it becomes a bit aggrivating.)

"I ordered 2 AMD heatsink/fan units,Thermaltake TR2-M2 and a Vantec VA-C7040. The C7040 had a bad fan on it so instead of fighting to get it off a very tight fit MB,I just took the fan off the TR2-M2, which were the same TMD type fan , and put it on the C7040. The RMA reply I got was "standard", but from all the good responces I was pretty sure they would take care of me. They DID and I am 100% satisfied, and it got done in good time.

i recived my parts and it was perty fast, but the radion 9000 128 pro was dammaged, 2 caps were busted off the board. i dont see how this could have happened in shipping but it might have. i sent a e-mail for a return and thay said i have to fill out a rma form, i filled it out and sent it in and i have not heard back from them yet and i wanted to ship it back to them before the weekend so i might get a new one by next week. i hope they answer e-mails on saterdays."
"My experience was very distasteful! I Ordered and received 512mb for my laptop with labling smudged, as though used. Once installed, I learned it was DOA. Called and had conversation with uncaring NOCUSTOMER SERVICE individual. Sent back at my expense and they still charged 10% return. "Just a small complaint. I recently purchased a Thermaltake Volcano 7+ along with a Thermaltake Ducting Mod. The web page that had the Volcano 7+ on it also had the ducting mod on it with a reduced price on it (still is with other Volcano cpu coolers) if you bought both at the same time. Only one problem. They don't fit together! Now I have to admit, they didn't specifically say they would, but the web page sure gave me the impression they would. So I returned them. I don't feel they should have charged me the restocking fee because they either didn't know the two items weren't compatible or they had deceptive advertising. I didn't bother calling them after the fact because it wasn't very much money involved, but I did inform them of the compatibility issue before returning them. Now I've noticed the Volcano 7+ web page no longer has the ducting mod along side it. Maybe they even should have given me a little extra back for showing them something they apparently weren't aware of!"
"11cb.com advertised a 9700 PRO Saphhire for $255.00 shipped last week. So of course I ordered one since that is $15.00 less than what I could of gotten one for near by and I saved a little more on sales tax. I received a 9700 NON PRO. I checked their website and they changed it from a PRO to a NON PRO! Not to mention it was a open box. Not even new. I called them and after getting transferred 3 times, they said that they did not have the PRO for me (yeah right), and that I would have to return the item and PAY THE RESTOCK FEE of 20%%%%%% even though it was clearly their mistake. Hell, the invoice with the part says "9700 PRO" on it. On top of that they said that they would not reimburse me for my shipping of $9.00 back to them!! Now am I the only one that believes that this is immoral and most likely illegal. SO because they screwed up on their end, I have to shell out $55.00 of my own money? I certainly do not believe this is fair and I will be pursuing this matter with my Postal Inspector friend, the FTC, and also the BBB (not that they do anything).
Just an FYI on their business tactics. I instead went with Newegg where their return policies are better and of course I received the right part.
The 9700 NON PRO
has been shipped back to them and the wonderful person at my credit union is already prepared to stop payment to them if I do not receive everything from them back, incl. shipping. If this issue is resolved 100% to my satisfaction incl shipping, I will update it here.

"Really easy to use website and really fast (AND FREE!!) shipping. They have one of the best prices out there on a wide selection of products. I ordered two sticks of Rambus ram from them and it arrived really quickly. As far as ordering hardware from them, they are one of the best and I'll definitely continue to buy from them if I ever need hardware in the future. However the sticks of ram failed a few months ago and now I'm submitting a request to have an exchange since the ram is under warranty. I'll give an update on customer service soon.

I got a phone call from 11cb about the return and they were very helpful. It turns out that the original ram they sent was not the ones I had ordered which explains why they didn't work. However, 11cb offered me different options of ram that they could send me. THe person I talked to was very helpful and quickly helped me on the exchange. The new ram was supposedly sent today.

Still haven't received my new ram in the mail yet and it's been days. I don't think the mail service is this slow. I'm beginning to wonder what happened to the ram they supposedly sent out.

I sent an email to ****@**** inquiring about my rma order. He was very helpful and responded very quickly to my email. He even gave me the tracking information for the rma package. Turns out that the package will be here tomorrow. I just wish that an email was sent to me when the rma package was shipped so I could track it. But overall I'm very satisfied. Great job guys!! I'll definitely continue to do business with you in the future."
