"DO NOT ORDER from them. The pictures on their web site are exaggerated. For the money I paid I thought my wife would get a nice large bouquet, but instead she got a little arrangement I was embarrassed about. It did not look even close to the picture, even the flowers where different color. When I called the local florist store that delivered them, I was told that this company is worst of the worst and that they keep half of your money and send just a portion to the local store they are contracted with. It's better to go and pick the flowers yourself. Also I had to wait all day at home to make sure the flowers are delivered. Will never do this again."
"My husband, David Holloway, ordered me unique and special flowers from you guys for Valentines Day and had them sent to my office (a federal building). I never got them but that night he got an email that they were delivered. Well, the next day they were not there. I spent the entire morning searching the building for them - loading dock, mail room, front desk, security. My husband called and was told they were delivered. I searched even more. nothing. Finally, he called AGAIN after over 20 minutes of waiting to be told that they were never delivered but that they would be sent on Tuesday (NOT Valentines Day) and we would get a $20 gift card. I called back and was told that the florist they used could not get the flowers but did not relay that to 1800 flowers so the confirmation of delivery was sent out. I was also told I would get them Tuesday and a FULL refund. Ok, fine. Annoying but at least they tried to make it right. Today, Saturday, my husband called a call from 1800 flowers who said that the order could not be fulfilled and that we would get a refund. "

its now 2 days after valentines day and still have only received one dozen of my 2 dozen rose order.
PROBLEM 1-i placed my order back in january for flowers to be delivered the day before valentines day to beat the rush (also my wife had the day off on valentines day and i wanted to surprise her at work) so i sent them there. they didnt come and the delivery got pushed back to actual valentines day. not a huge deal just need to change the adress. i called up 1800 flowers and asked to change the delivery address to our house so as least she would get her flowers, they lady on the phone was all like yeah yeah no problem, even though they were already in route. they still got shipped to her work and had to sit outside till 9am friday feb 15.
Problem 2- she got her flowers and called me. she told me she loved the dozen roses... wait what i orderede 2... so they only sent half of my order. i called up and got a man on the phone, could hardly speak english (sounded indian) he said he would send the remainder of the order with no shipping cost. again made sure to change the address to our home address since she will not be at work again on a saturday. gave him the address he changed it.
Problem 3- saturday comes (feb 16) and i get an email saying there delivered. go check the door nothing, go check her work figuring they messed up yet again. there not there. so i check the email and they say that they have been delivered. call up 1800 flowers and they say they have been delivered. by this time im mad. she tells me they were delivered to a tara tride address . i yell at her saying no they should of been delivered to a park drive address, so the man who could barely speak english got a tara tride out of park drive. unreal. the lady offered to resend the flowers for the 3rd time. i said no dont you think its a little to late to be getting a valentine day flowers. she offered to give me my full refund back on my card within 3-5 business days. (well see) and a survey to take and $20 off my next order.. yeah right like ill be ordering from you guys again. ill just go to walmart.
** she also recieved a dozen red roses (same thing) from pro flowers from her boss. they came exactly when they said they would be. and were gorgeous and full compared to the dozen we got from 1800-flowers"
"HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER. ordered my vday flowers 2 weeks in advance and PAID FOR GUARANTEE DELIVERY! what happens? does not deliver. call teh next day they cancel my order full refund and guarantee a $50 compensation voucher within 24 hrs. what happens? i dont get it back. call them back again. "sorry sir" expect it within 5-7 business days. they are full of lcheats and liars! no sympathy or customer service plus make you wait hours on the phone"

If they are running low on flowers, they should notify me that they cannot fill my order, not just cancel it!"
"I usually do not write reviews but the servie I received from 1800flowers so poor I am writing this as a warning to others. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my fiance's office on Valentines Day. The flowers never arrived the day of - I called 1800flowers at 6 PM and was transferred three times before eventually my call was lost. I wrote an email to customer service and received a reply two days later saying the flowers were delivered and they arrived at 8 PM on 2/14. Obviously no one was at my fiances office to accept them and the reply said "We have confirmed deliver, thanks for using us, glad we could help you deliver a smile" or some completely generic and awful comment, clearly no one even read my email. My order was for over 100 dollars. The flowers were not there on the 15th either and three attempts to speak with someone today all were met with failure. I implore everyone to not order from this site. I feel as though they have literally stolen my money."
"I ordered flowers on 2/11/13 from Pro Flowers and 1800 Flowers, both to the same person, Pro Flowers to her work location and 1800 Flowers to her home. Well, Pro did the job, a 2 tiered order delivered flawlessly and on time. 1800 Flowers failed to deliver, their online tracker would not provide status, and 5 different polite e-mails placed over a period of two days were not responded to at all in any way, even when I offered them my cell phone number to contact me directly, as i write this I still do not know where the flowers are or if they will ever be delivered.I do know that they have my money. I decided today to email the Rush Limbaugh show and let them know what I was dealing with and that he would be better served to repair the relationship with Pro Flowers in order to protect his brand equity rather than continue working with the people at 1800 Flowers. A bit about me, I am a customer service professional and trainer and have 2 JD Powers awards on my desk. I think I could help 1800 if they would only reach out and respond. "

Payed 200$ for two flowers. One for my mother and one for my grandmother. The one for my grandmother came late, and the one for my mother never even arrived to her work. The following day after Valentine's Day, the florist comes to her work with a piece of crap small set of flowers, not the ones we payed for.
These snakes lie too and hang up the phone when you call.

"Valentines Day Horror Day! My fiance bought me a very expensive floral set complete with chocolates and a little stuffed bear. He ordered on Friday the week before Valentines day, received a confirmation email at 8 am the day of. The flowers were GUARANTEED (smiles guaranteed)to be delivered that day by 7 pm. They were to be delivered at my work by 4:30 when we close. My fiance and I ended up waiting in the parking lot for the flowers to show up for 2 hours. We then waited 45 more minutes while we were on hold with the company. They told us that they requested that they be delivered the next day and blatantly lied about having contacted us about it. The email was sent to us at 6 pm (2 hours after they were supposed to be delivered and 1 hour before their guaranteed time. We cancelled the order (Valentines flowers on the 15th is pointless) but of course it takes 3-5 days to get the refund. We missed our reservation for dinner waiting on flowers that were never scheduled to be delivered. A 20 dollar deliver charge, and a full weeks notice and our Valentines day was a complete wreck. Will never order from them again and I laugh in pity at anyone who dares dial their number for anything other than complaints or slander. NO stars"
"wow after reading all of the other reviews from Valentines day, Im glad to know Im not the only one. I did not receive the flowers that my boyfriend had ordered to be delivered yesterday. He paid $25 for guaranteed delivery and did not even receive a phone call to say they would not make it. We got a call this morning saying that the delivery truck had broken down yesterday. Im sure all of these reviews arent from the Houston area so i think that was a bs excuse. And he couldnt even talk to a real person yesterday due to the high volume of callers. maybe a courtesy email wouldve been nice so he could run to the HEB or something for an alternative. "I ordered flowers for delivery yesterday. Apparently delivery was attempted at 9:07pm(when it was supposed to be from 9-7). Furthermore, after reviewing the video cameras at that time it was not true. No one had approached the residence. After waiting on the phone for 40 minutes they had said it would be delivered from 9-7 today. They have yet to arrive & I probably will never use the service of 1800 flowers again..absolutely atrocious. "

"Ordered flowers for my mother and I was told they guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. It came and went and no flowers were delivered. I didn't receive a call or an email as to why the flowers had not been delivered. I spent over 2 hours on the phone and no one assisted me. I emailed them this morning again and got a generic response, which is unacceptable. I recommend all of you do what I did. I called my bank and I put a stop payment on the charge. I don't want them delivered today or any other day. I told my mother that if they show up today, to refuse them. I will never place another order with this merchant. "A piece of $hit company! My boyfriend ordered flowers for me on February 6 that were to be delivered on Valentine's day and I never received them. So much for a special surprise eh? He tried calling them twice that day and was on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered and he had to call again today (feb 15). They wouldn't give him a refund saying that the flowers are out for delivery today. Oh and they had the audacity to charge him EXTRA for shipping for "GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY" on valentine's day. "DO NOT USE 1800 flowers they are the worst florist I have ever used. The flowers you see online are not what you are going to receive. Now i went to the 1800 flowers pnline page 3 weeks before Valentines Day and while looking On the 1800 flowers online page had this beautiful flower arrangement picture, I thought that's it that's what I'm ordering for my wife for Valentines Day to arrive at her work around 9am-12noon . Then 1800 flowers ask me for a $5 fee to make sure they would get there on time. So I went ahead and paid that and paid the $75 for the flower arrangement. When came valentines Day the flowers were not on time they came in the evening even though I ask for it to be delivered to a business by 9am-12noon also when the flowers actually arrived there they were not the flowers I ordered and all the had not even bloomed open they were all closed and looked like I sent only flower stems. It really looked like crap. Seriously I'm not Exaggerating at all. Please stay away from this company they have horrible customer service and are just after your money, really take a look at other reviews before using 1800 flowers."
