"They came in a box. The roses still had their thorns. The stems were not cut. The roses were wrapped up separate from the vase which was too big for the roses anyway. It just came with 12 roses no other greenery or babys breath. For the price he paid, I was very unimpressed."

"To ensure delivery of Valentine's Day flowers, I ordered them online three weeks in advance (1/24). They were able to charge my credit card on that day without an issue. I also requested delivery one day early (2/13) to avoid the rush. The flowers were not delivered on 2/13. As of 1:15PM on 2/14, UPS had not even received them yet. Clearly they were not being delivered on Valentine's day either. After waiting 45 minutes on hold, I was told I would receive a refund for my order and a $20 credit towards my next order. I was not told the order was being cancelled - I only found out by checking the order status online on 2/15. Never again 1800flowers"

"FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING HERE!!...I ordered the flowers on Monday morning hoping to surprise my girldfriend at work on Valentines day today. I specifically wrote that she works at the Admissions office. Offices are usually open from 9-5pm. I would assume that the flowers would arrive late morning or early afternoon. It was close to 5pm and she still did not receive it. So I had to spoil the surprise and ask her to wait and contact the company to check on the order herself. I kept trying to call since 1pm but was not able to reach anyone. They seriously have horrible customer service management skills. Shouldn't there be more people working during the busy seasons?.... NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!"

"Do not use 1800flowers, they are the worst company ever. I placed an order for 2 doz red roses that took about 15 min to place but they hung up on me before giving me an order # so I had call them bck & when I spoke to someone, they had the order all wrong so after another 20 mins they finally got the order right, or so I thought. When I received the conf email, it was all wrong again so I had to call them a 3rd time! This time they told me the order was already placed to the flower shop & they cldnt cancel it anymore! She told me what they could do is add a doz red roses at no chrge & I said no that I wanted my original order of 2 doz red roses or I wanted a refund & that I wanted to speak to a supervisor because I didnt want to pay for something I didnt order plus I had a hard time understanding her because her english was not that good (sounded Indian I'm guessing they outsource)After being on the ph 30 mins, she finally says she got authorized to chng the order to the 2 doz roses that I originally had placed which is what they shldv done from the beginning. So it took 3 ph calls & more than an hr but atleast they finally got my order right, or so I thought. Shortly after I received 2 conf emails, one with the correct order & one for a doz assorted colored roses, not what I ordered. I was exhausted & frustrated & didnt want to call bck a fourth time so I just prayed that they would deliver the correct order. Guess what? They delivered the wrong damn flowers! They delivered 5 cheap assorted flowers with not even atleast a vase & not even roses & it was addressed to the wrong person. I was very, very, very mad now. I called them again to let them know they delivered the wrong flowers, they put me on hold to connect with someone who could help me with my problem, but all they did was connect me to the automated serv again where I started 15 mins ago then the automated serv said they're busy with a high volume of ph calls pls call bck at a later time & it hung up on me! Seathing with anger I called bck again (my 5th call so far). This time the automated serv put me on hold to talk to someone. I waited 35 freakin mins when someone finally answered I let them hv it, & they were still trying to fix the prob by saying they can deliver the correct flowers the next day & they would waive the delivery charges. U gotta b kidding me! Talk about adding insult to injury. I told them I dont want ur flowers, ur discounts, or anything else from u guys I just want a refund & she finally said ok you'll get a full refund in 3-5 days. I'll believe it when I see it. It took 5 ph calls & a total of more than 2 hrs of hell. I will never ever do business with them again & but I will be telling everyone I can..Do not use 1800flowers!"

"I get a message from a UPS driver stating they have a package for me, but they can't find me. I texted my husband Charlie and asked if he sent me something and told him the story. he said to call the driver back. I call him back told him where I was he started he was somewhere if I could meet him at bank of America @ 3pm. I stated I don't get out of work until 4:30 I can not do that. So he states can I call him at 4:30 and we can meet somewhere. I said I will call you back @ 4:30PM. I right away texted my husband Charlie and stated he wanted me to meet him somewhere at 4:30. I asked my husband, what company did you use and to never use them again. He said 1800flowers I said about 2 or 3 years ago you used them and they sucked back then. I know it's UPS, but you would think after so many complaints from people they would come up with better ideas. My husband order through 1800flowers, a company Cheryl's is the one that sent my cookies UPS and UPS went to the wrong address. My husband went to meet this guy from UPS and took the package to my job and dropped it off. IF MY HUSBAND ORDERS FROM 1800FLOWERS EVER AGAIN HE WILL BE LOOKING FOR A ROOM. this is the second time and the last time. Go to Google.com and search 1800flowers reviews everyone has the same complaint. It's ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband get home and we speak about it and he stated 1800flowers had put the wrong address on the shipping label, so this time it was not UPS, but 1800flowers. 1800FLOWERS SUCKS DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!"

"I ordered flowers this valentines for my wife. She hadn't received them by the time I got home from work and was ready to leave for a night out. If I wanted her to have flowers at 10pm, I would have not paid the shipping charge for guaranteed delivery which cost damn near as much as the flowers, and just stopped for flowers myself on the way home from work. No tracking number on my order page, no one to help on the phone because of everyone else calling and bitching, I assume.
I ordered 10 days ago to make sure this wouldn't be an issue.
SO.... 30 dollars in shipping for flowers she still hasn't received. I will never use this company again

"TERRIBLE!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
I purchased a Valentine's Day present from their SIGNATURE collection and I get a call the day of the delivery at 8 am saying that they cannot deliver the flowers till the Tuesday after. When I contacted them they were willing to refund the cost of the order but I found out too late to be able to even order something else as I do not live in the same state as the recipient.

"Ordered flowers for my wife this Valentine's on 2/5. I get a call on 2/13 (the day before the delivery on Valentine's) that the product is not available. This was totally unprofessional and they should have called a couple of days after I ordered. Now, I have to scramble to look for something. I call their customer service and they tried to find an alternate flower and they did, BUT they cannot delivery on Valentine's. Frustrated, I cancelled the order and asked them to send a confirmation which I never got. Instead, I get an email stating that they have substituted another flower which I did not want. I had to call them again to cancel this order which was never approved by me in the first place. Overall, this has been a nightmare and I will never deal with this business again. Cross my fingers that I get my money back; so far they have successfully goofed everything; they cannot get anything right! "

"THIEVES!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not only did they not deliver they debited my account and will not talk to me about it. The sales rep just told me on the phone that"my manager is getting mad at me because your call is taking to long and I need to advice you that we are busy" then hung up. I called back and asked for a manager and was told they were busy. They will not refund my $ for the order that was never completed."

"Feb7th I called to make an order for a delivery date of feb 14th. Th woman I talked to suggested an arrangement costing 47.99 of a pink and red roses. I also included a small box of chocolates costing about $15. During the entire order process not once was I ever informed of the total cost. I was told I would receive a confirmation email, which I did. Upon opening the email I see that I was charged 97.99 for the flowers!!!! Me entire bill was $116!!!! I called immediately to cancel my order. That was done so right away. I was told I would be fully refunded within 24-48hrs.. I just so happened to look at my bank statement to see that not only was 116 taken out of my account from 1800 flowers but another transaction of 100 was taken out as well!!!!! I was and am still very upset!!! $216 that is mine that I am unable to access. I called immediately! Upon talking to someone in the billing department she (Sonja) she suggested we contact my bank with a conference call. As soon as an agent from my bank answered I was disconnected. I have no idea what was said if the call even took place after I was disconnected. Sonja called back saying there was a form they needed to fax to my bank and in 24-48hrs I should see my money. A couple hours later I called my bank to verify what I was told. No fax had been sent.... I called back and demanded a supervisor. Whom was no help. She did say that the "form" was faxed to my bank at 11:35 am on Friday the 8th... It is now Monday the 11th still no money.. I called my bank and still no fax!!!! So I call again... Now instead of 24-48hrs it takes 3-5 business days.. I never got any straight answers. I still don't even know why I was charged that $100... I'm very unsay odors!!! Never will I use them again!!! Ever!!!!!! I will contact BBB and or a lawyer to get what is rightfully mine!!! $216!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!! On top of that I chose or them to be delivered on 2/14 but the email confirmation said the 13th!!??!"

"I was pretty much robbed of a good think like most everyone else using this company. I ordered flowers 5 days ahead of time. I received a call the day of revealing they were out of tulips. After returning the call I was told that they tulips would be in later that day, but WOULD STILL GET DELIVERED. Needless to say, the florist nor 1800flowers called to say that is actually wouldn't, I learned about it by asking the person I was trying to surprise. Dont waste your time - Use someone else.. FTD is better."

"I ordered some birthday cookies for my son who is away at college. They were delivered to some stranger at the dorm and no one at the dorm office even heard of the person that signed for them. I demanded a refund but they refused saying thst they had been delivered. I will never use this company again and recommend that you shouldnt eithwr. "I saw all the bad reviews after i made my order and i panicked cause I wanted my surprise of our anniversary flowers to be perfect. But I read the good reviews and wished that i was one of the lucky ones. PLEASE KEEP ON MIND THAT UPS WAS PART OF THE ORDER SINCE THE SHIPPING WAS THROUGH THEN. anyhow, I ordered two dozens of roses from 1-800-flowers. The price was reasonable and the flowers were an hour late. I called when the flowers were only 20 mins late and they apologized and sent me a new order of two dozens with the vase AGAIN the week after and sent me a $20 gift card to my email 2 weeks after the complaint as well. The flowers were ABSOLUTELY beautiful! They were extremely fresh and ready to bloom. The colors were amazing! I just loved both sets they sent my BF for our anniversary. When my BF saw how much they cared for they customers. He loved the service but he reminded me of how its not their fault that the flowers were an hour late and that its UPS's fault.. I AGREE with him which made me love the company even more for keeping my satisfaction. Two smiles they guaranteed on our faces and two huge smiles for two weeks we had."
