UPDATE!
Unfortunately, my memory arrived in a cheap,
unpadded envelope (never happened before) and
1 of the Memory Sticks was DOA. Arghh!
They spent less than $1.00 to send my BETTER-GRADED memory to me ($50 vs $30).
MOST UPSETTING!!!
I spent $5+ sending it back Priority Mail in a BOX
with the Original UNPADDED ENVELOPE INSIDE!
I would expect more from a reputable company.
Maybe I will have to reconsider from whom I order next time.

5/22/08 IT GET'S WORSE!!!
Not only did they charge me $4.75 to ship a replacement for my defective memory (read the fine print, buyer pays both ways? HOW BOGUS!)
BUT THEY SHIPPED BACK THE WRONG PART!!!

I only received a 512MB stick instead of the 1GB stick I returned as defective. (It did work however, but I had to return it since my mobo maxes out at 2GB and I need/paid for 2GB total).
I can only hope they will do the right thing and
1) check the part number I HAD TO LOOKUP for them
and
2) test the memory to make sure it is not defective
and
3) ship it to me without charge and properly protected

IF NOT, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS OUTFIT
AGAIN AS THEY WILL HAVE NOT PROVED WORTHY OF
MY TRUST IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
