"Today (12-28-23) I received a text to call for shipping verification. The agent was very pleasing and informative. He went over shipping/delivery address information, the order detail and then spoke to me regarding the extended warranty. Usually, I do not buy these, but the agent so so darn kind and he was even able to offer the warranty at a lesser price than listed when I placed the original order.
I was amazed when he told me the total cost of the warranty, if never used, would be refunded back to me at the end of the 6 years. I mean, how can you go wrong with that!
I look forward to this order and will base the experience on possibly ordering even more furniture within the next month."
