"12/6 at 8:50 pm,,,,,,Update after 6 hour's, I was able to get a hold of them, and they said it was delivered on 12/5 and get this, they stated they delivered it at the side door on the side of the house, and not the front door. So how can that be when I had paid 199 dollars for white glove delivery for them to set it up and install it? They have no documentation of it being delivered, only what NSD their delivery company stated. Lie after lie it was never delivered and they never set it up so there could be no documentation. What they don't. Realize is I have security cameras at every corner of my house that cover all driveways and every inch of the outside and cameras on the inside of the house in every room. So it's so easy to prove they never delivered it or set it up. We where home the all day and also have ring door bell on top of all my other cameras. Don't buy from them. Tomorrow calling the state police and file a police report if they don't bring me my stuff. Attached is just a photo of one of the cameras that is on the drive way they said they came down. Lie. And have 12 hours of video to show they never came."
