HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"The dresser we received has a manufacture issue and all the drawers on the left side are not opening. I filed a claim with 1StopBeddrom same day as we received the dresser. For a month they were telling me they were waiting a reply from the manufacturer. After multiple phone calls from my side and conversations with different people the only option they provided was to wait for the answer from the manufacturer. Nobody ever called me back to provide a solution. Finally, I called them again and they told me that they can give me about 20% discount to keep the broken!!! item or they need a donation receipt to send the replacement. And they can’t guarantee that the replacement will not have the same issue! So, for my money paid in full to them I am stuck with the broken dresser and I have to make extra steps by myself to solve that issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! "
