"I ordered my sofas on oct.30. I was promised it would be delivered in two to three weeks. I needed this order for Thanksgiving because I am having a big family Thanksgiving event.I was told it would be here by then. When I called about it I was told it would be in town by Nov. 21. And maybe get delivered before Thanksgiving. Now when I look up my order it is still in transit and won’t be delivered till between Dec. 3 and Dec.15.
This is poor customer service..very disappointing. This company was recommended to me, I will never recommend them to anyone and I will never order from them again.. very upset at this situation. "

"UPDATED ** I ordered this table with "white glove" delivery and set up. They arrived and set it up. It was obvious that the table had been previously damaged and cracked and it had filler in the crack on the top of the table and the corner of the table that had been damage was filled with some type of bonding paste. I called 1stop while the "white glove" delivery personnel was still present. I spoke to representative who informed me to "accept the table" and send photos and they would get back to me with the solution. I wrote on the delivery paperwork that it was previously damaged and filled at the time of delivery. The set cost $1885 with delivery, a replacement was not available. Finally after a week of back and forth, they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It took a while but customer service finally came through.
