"The product arrived badly damaged. One drawer is sprung from the rail and does not work. Another drawer does not close properly. The right panel does not form a true square corner. Box had zero damage so this is a manufacturing issue. Customer service has not resolved this despite photos showing visible damage that is beyond repair. Shipping and delivery took longer than promised and when product arrived it is unusable. Do not purchase this product or use this company"
"We did not get our furniture for thanksgiving as promised. But Neil reached out to us and helped us get delivery on Nov. 30.
He also helped me with questions on where to find all the parts and put it all together. He always kept in contact which I appreciate because these days good customer service is hard to get. Thanks Neil

"1stopbedrooms.com is a dishonest company. I ordered a large sectional. It was amazing except that within a week of using it (meaning sitting on it like normal people do with couches) the frame of the corner section broke. All we did was sit on it a few times and the frame broke. There is no doubt there was a defect in the manufacturing process or something happened during shipping. I reached out to 1stopbedrooms.com for help and sent pictures and videos that clearly showed the frame was broken and this was the reply from Sonia G:
"After careful consideration and review of the circumstances surrounding your claim, I regret to inform you that we are unable to honor your request, as the damage is caused from willful abuse, misuse, mishandling, and/or failure to follow the manufacturer's instruction."
There was zero abuse and misuse on our part. Shockingly, the dishonesty didn't end there. I went on the 1stopbedrooms.com website to review the product and found a 5-star review had already been written on my behalf. There is no way for me to edit or update it. It was a preemptive strike to prevent me from writing the very bad review of the product and the company earned. When they called me to finalize shipping arrangements for the couch, they told me the sectional would not have the metal connectors to attach each section and offered to add them for $129. I refused, knowing I could do it myself for $10 and when the couch arrived, the connectors were already included. Another lie to get me to pay them an additional $129! I am still in disbelief at the depth of the deception this company is willing to engage in. It should be investigated. STAY AWAY!"
