The first email had an estimated date of delivery, I started to get different emails with longer waiting periods. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful on the estimated time of travel and arrival. My two sofas arrived prior to the first estimated time which was under 2 weeks. The delivery company called me to schedule a time of delivery. The sofas came wrapped in plastic for protection. I will definitely buy from here again."

"Company could not provide me with tracking information for my almost $700 chair. They charged my card and just told me to wait for a call. When I asked for a tracking number because my credit card was charged and without proof of shipment I may have to dispute the charge, they cancelled my order.

"One stop bedrooms not only had great prices (one of the most affordable I could find online or in store), but they keep you in the loop on the status of your order throughout the whole process! They would send updates via email and you can also log into your account and see the updates immediately.
Our item was on backorder but they let us know upfront and even though it was delayed again, they gave us the option to wait for the new date of when it would be in stock or give a full refund. We chose to wait and it ended up getting here quicker than anticipated.
I would definitely order from them again"
