"A rude customer service representative can make the ordering process a little uneasy, especially when you are spending your money. All I wanted was my 10% off coupon for my $600 order. I guess that was asking too much for me to save on my order. Other than the rude customer representative, my online experience was good. I have shopped with 24Hour Wristband before and had a great experience with the customer service rep.. I will just take it as somebody must be having a bad day.
