"Had my buttons designed and paid for in 5 minutes. The delivery was slower then I hoped but I ordered a week later then I planned on so that's on me. Once the buttons arrive I'm going to decide if we will continue using them for football season, but a positive buying process."

"Terrible customer service. I ordered 200 wrist bands and specifically said the date I needed them, because I was taking them out of the country.
They claimed that because of the Chinese New Year, there was a delay, but that they would not refund my money.

Since your order was placed with STANDARD time-frames with customization in China, the turnaround times were considerably extended due to this major holiday of the country. Kindly note that we clearly state in the agreed upon terms that,

"Our Standard Production time is typically 7 business days. Standard Production time is "estimated" and your order will not be considered late if production has exceeded 7 business days. If for any reason, the order was placed during one of our Chinese Holiday Production breaks, Standard Production can be delayed up to an additional 7 business days."

"I have ordered before from 24 Hour Wristbands and am so impressed with the quality of the products along with their pricing. Their website is incredibly easy to navigate. I ordered 1500 Premium Foam Collapsible Coolies and the best thing about my order is that they allow you to pick and choose what colors you would like. Other sites do not do this. Ordering System Fault and Lack of Customer Service

"I ordered a large order of pulpboard coasters through their website and ended up receiving paper ones that when condensation gets on them they soften and actually do damage to the tables.
I then submitted the issue to their CS to hopefully get what I actually ordered, only to find they wouldn’t right their wrong. All they would do is offer 15% off my next order, which is available to anyone who visits the website at any time, so not an actual solution.
Their prices may be good, but it is because their products are subpar, their ordering system is flawed, and their customer service lacks any semblance of empathy or actual ability to fix the problem.
Steer clear.

Terrible product worse customer service

"Ordered stadium cups for a promotion. The cups arrived with the logo peeling off on at least half of the cups. There were blemishes and discoloration on all 200 cups. The company asked for some pictures of to verify the issue. After uploading the requested pictures the company then asked a picture of every cup to ensure that they were all defective. No one has time to take and upload a picture of 200 separate cups. The company won't refund.

I would never buy from this company again. The product was terrible, customer service was slow to respond, and they did nothing to accommodate the customer.
