"In fairness, the product is decent. Otherwise, what a terrible organization. Delivery dates are a joke. If you need anything on time, expect a 5-10 business day delay. Ordered $600 worth of products for an event, estimated to be delivered 5 days before the event (why pay more for faster shipping when they are already going to be on time, right?). I notice a week before said date that they haven't shipped yet, so I contact support. I'm told the order is in "quality control" and to be patient while they ship it out, but they will notify that department of the deadline. Another day goes by, not shipped. I reach out again and am assured that they have notified that department that the order needs to be delivered by a specific date. I even offered to pay for overnight shipping. This back and forth continues for 4 days, each time I am assured that "the respective department has been notified of the deadline". Then I get a tracking number in my email late one night. I check it immediately, it shipped out 8 hours prior to the email, no expedited shipping, and will be delivered AFTER my event. I immediately contact support and am told that since it has already shipped, they can not expedite the shipping.
So the prior 4 days of communication they were unable to expedite it because it wasn't ready to ship, but now it can't be expedited because it has already shipped. Got it. Thanks."

"The products seem sturdy and reliable. The ability to customize was very user friendly. Willing to pay for expedited shipping but when I have 2 similar items and another smaller items, you'd think there could be some consideration to the multiple shipping costs we are bring charged for. I am not sending it to three different places, it's one order. I'd be more encouraged to purchase more items if I knew my dollars weren't all going to waist on Shipping cost. Not to mention the shipping is deceiving. If I leave the standard/default shipping box selected, the date of arrival appears to be just fine. As soon as I research the expedited shipping options the date gets pushed back and now it makes me suspect if it's all just a way to get more money out of the customer. "
