"I ordered some drawstring bags and they charged my card. A day later I was told the item was out of stock. FOUR different tickets and three attempts to upsell me a replacement in the wrong color, they finally PUT IN TO CANCEL THE ORDER THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE GOME THROUGH. Mind you that was not a cancellation but PUTTING IN FOR IT. No one I spoke or messaged with could do that. So I am STILL WAITING for the order to be cancelled and THEN the refund will be processed in 6-10 DAYS?!?! It should be immediate or the card should have never been charged. These people have no idea how to serve customers and I pray STAY AWY FROM THEM. Horrific."

However, your order will not be considered late, if production has exceeded 7 business days.
