With the border closed due to the world events, I can not pop over to get my order from Michigan as I am 15 minutes away from my pick up point in the states. Just wish the border was open so I didn't have the extra charges."

"Ordered face masks, paid an extra $50 for rush processing (24 hr), and left clear instructions to make sure logo on each side were level. It took 7 days to ship, delay started with them needing me to convert the image to white so it could be printed in one color, despite leaving a note that they could convert if needed. Each of the 2 updates took 36 hours to get a response. Upon receiving the product, the logos were not level and the stitching was subpar and ripped at the chin. I contacted customer service, they asked to send pictures three times, I refused the third request for pictures of every item. After half a dozen messages, they offered 5% refund. That was $15. I pointed out that amount didn't even cover the fee for rushed processing that took 7 days, at which point they began to ask me to take their offer, three times, almost begging. $15 wasn't worth the time I spent dealing with the problem and not enough close to enough to make the situation right. "

After agreeing to pay extra for rush production, my products (face masks) arrived 35 days after I ordered (about 3 weeks longer than promised). When the masks finally arrived, I find that they are really small and really thin. The can not fit most adults' faces of people I know, they are child-sized.
After contacting the company, they didn't make excuses or apologize for either the delay in production time (with no communication about things taking long or why etc.) or the size and quality of the mask. I was not refunded for the "speedy" production time cost, or the masks themselves. They said they stand by their "product."
It's clear to me they are just trying to profit off the pandemic, which would be fine if they were providing value, but they're providing cheap, useless, crap and stealing my money.
In summary, no I would not recommend 24hourwristebands.com to anyone. I'd give zero stars if i could."

I keep receiving Generic replies for well over 6 weeks now of its a pandemic and they are sorry, or we are waiting on an eta of your shipment to come in when they show Ready to ship/pick up.
