"I paid for rush everything. I got my proof, and approved it. My order was put on hold because they ran out of stock on the attachment hook I ordered. They called me 5 times over a 24 hour period to tell me this and to have me pick another. I was fine on the first call and told them which choice. They kept calling though and acting like they had no idea. Then, on the day I was supposed to have my order delivered, I got a call saying my artwork was wrong(even though they had sent a proof DAYS before) and that I needed to pay $400 more for full color even though I had a single color design. And that they would not be refunding my rush fees because it was 'my fault' my order was on hold. Customer service rep was also extremely rude with me, saying things like 'Listen here ma'am.' I don't know how the quality is, but they make promises they can't keep, and then they try to take more money to give you what they already promised but late. That's not okay."
