I purchased a IPOD MINI 4GB BLUE MP3 PLAYER USB FIREWIRE CLICK WHEEL Manuf. Part Number :M9802LLA as a gift. The item arrived within 3 to 4 days after ordering. "Items priced very low, but you pay for it in customer service. It was impossible to get a hold of them via phone or email. However, I finally got a reply email today (two weeks, 300 phone calls, & 4 emails later--along with the item). I was very concerned but it worked out in the end. Buy with caution."

"I ordered a Lexar MP3 player which was listed as in stock. The order was made on Friday , but yet on Tuesday the order still shows that it is in credit approval phase. All attempts to call the number provided on the customer support web page yield a busy signal. Two e-mails sent with no response. I should have look at their customer support web page to see that it has not been updated this year. That would have been a good indicator of their level of service."

"I ordered a 30 gig iPod mp3 player as a gift for my friend's son in PA. and charged it. I checked it on the 10th and the 11th and the company was "credit verifying". I e-mailed saying charge the account, as a banker I know it goes through! Ship it, I want the boy to get his iPod. NO RESPONSE. I called all morning on Friday, May 13 to get through, then hear that "Accounting wants the shipping address to be the same as the address on the credit card!" ARE THEY KIDDING ME!!!!! I waited a week and they tell me this. They don't want to sell product and they DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If they had customer service, they would have e-mailed or called. I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND ADVISE BUYERS TO SPEND THE FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. ANOTHER TIP IS: when there is no listed e-mail for MANAGEMENT feedback on the site - you know you should not order!"

"Satisfied.

I ordered Sony VAD-WA lens adapter for DSC-W1 camera at price $19.37. I got the product just within 3 days, no shipping charge. Its a great price.

The only problem I face with this store is to connect to the customer service. Most of the time you won't be able to connect to. But if u keep trying then will be able to.

My overall experiance with this store was good. I will recomend this store.

"I ordered an APC SurgeArrest Essential 7 Outlet Surge Protector from 2BuyStore. They had an amazing price, and I also received free shipping. The product arrived with amazing speed.

Overall, I am very satified with my purchase.

I have to note two things, though. One, their website does not direct you to an encrypted connection (https) when you enter login or address information. I believe that should be fixed. Luckily, you are directed to an encrypted connection to enter your payment information. Two, you will probably receive your item before any tracking information is displayed on the site. 2BuyStore doesn't do too good of a job with providing you with tracking info for your package.

"Ordered an Apple Ipod Photo 30GB and received within 3 business days. You'll probably get your order before you get your tracking # with this company but everything was better than expected considering some of the reviews I've seen on here. I think they made a mistake with the pricing of the Ipod Photo because I got it for $319.20 and the next day I saw it had increased to $350. Lucky me!!"

"I ordered a Targus rolling notebook backpack from them on Thursday afternoon- it said it would ship FEXEX ground- so I didn't expect it for at least a week (considering that I had made a purchase from Amazon in early January that took almost three weeks to arrive), and so when the door buzzed and it was my Fedex man with my package the very next day- I was shocked! Very happy, of course, but shocked! I am very glad I made the purchase through them and NOT Amazon this time!"

"I had an excellent experience with this reseller. I got an outstanding price on an Apple Cinema Display--15% lower than anywhere else--and the display came on time. The website order status was not updated, but that's the only (slight) complaint. "2BuyStore's website says they will not charge your credit card until the item ships (under Shipping & Returns Info). I ordered an Apple iPod from them on December 9. They charged my card immediately and I received a confirmation from them. As of December 16, I had heard nothing further from the. I called and was told that I should receive a tracking number the next day. I did not. They close at 6:00 PM EST and are not open on the weekends. I tried all day Monday, December 20, to get in touch with them via e-mail, fax, and telephone, with no success. When the number was not busy, I rolled over into a voicemail which said, "This voicemail box is full". After trying repeatedly yesterday (Tuesday 12/21) I finally got through to a human. I was told the item was backordered and "I should have received a notification" to that effect. I never did. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and she told me that could take up to a week, even though they had charged my card immediately, in spite of their stated policy to the contrary. These people are incompetent and do not seem to really care about the welfare of their customers. I would NEVER attempt do business with them again and would strongly urge anyone considering an online purchase to look elsewhere. And to date, I haven't even received an apology for the appalling way I was treated, especially considering this was going to be a Christmas gift for my 12-year old daughter. I told them I'd wish my daughter a Merry Christmas from 2BuyStore. Basically these people SUCK!!"

"I have very similar (very bad!) experience with this store like many other costumers.
Here is my story.
I placed the order (iPod) on December 8th.
First days this merchant did not update their on-line system with shipping information. When I called them on Dec.10th they told me that my order was shipped. Only 13th of Dec. their on-line system show that my order “was processed”.

On Dec 13th I called them again to make sure that everything is fine. They told me that really my order was shipped only on 13th. When I asked tracking number they said that they do not have any tracking number because I choose the cheapest shipping and I have to wait up to 10 days until I get my package.

Well, again I called them on Dec. 22, to find out why I did not get my order yet.
They told me that actually my order HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET because “it was backorder” (First time when I called them I asked: “Do you really have iPods in stock?” And they replayed: “Yes”!!! )

Now when I told them that I want to cancel my order I find out that they are ALREADY CHARGED MONEY from my bank account and I have to wait wile they will send my money back.

I have very big experience on internet purchases and I can tell that 2BuyStore.com the worst internet store I ever have deal with.

1.Two times they told me that they shipped my order, but they never did.
2.They lied me when they told that item I ordered was in stock.
3.They never tried to contact with me about my order (even no one email from them)
4.And most important: they charge money from bank account before they shipped order!

"Beware of phishing scams!
Whenever I try a new store, I make an email address just for that store. In the past couple months I've begun getting phishing scam emails (emails trying to trick you into entering bank account information on a web site) directed at my 2buystore address. The 2buystore website is the only place that address has ever been used, and it's far too long and complex to have been chosen at random by a general spammer. Either a hacker stole a list of email addresses from 2buystore, or 2buystore sold them.
