"I ordered a part 7 days ago, still have not received it. I even called the helpline and tried to pay more money for faster shipping, they told me they "don't offer that service". I have never worked with a company that didn't want more money before. Extremely frustrated with the time of delivery, this is after a conversation with the helpline where they assured me it would come before the end of the week.

"My order did not ship from their facility for 12 days. When I called to ask about it I was told I was being "a smart ****" and they could process a return on my item. I still needed the item, so I still had them ship it. They finally shipped it the day I called to ask where it was. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from them agian."
“Ryan, it looks like we shipped your order exactly on time as promised when you originally placed it (i.e. 4 business days). Not sure why people feel the need to lie and exaggerate. Maybe Ryan is just a "smat****". Availability is shown on our website on pretty much every single item we sell, and it is up to date and accurate and depends on specific item. Some items ship the same day, and some (especially OEM parts) sometimes take a few days to ship due to limited availability. If that availability does not work for you, simply do not order it from us. Our website did not indicate the item ordered was in stock, in fact it said the opposite and provided the shipping estimate. For someone to expect something that is simply not offered, is completely unfair. Also to blame 2WheelPros for USPS being closed on Martin Luther King Jr holiday or maybe the holiday existing in the first place is also a bit unfair.”

"I sent an email that I needed to cancel and order and I was asking them to call me because no one would answer the phone. I received a rude email back asking what I wanted and I explained that I needed to cancel then they kept saying there would be a 20% restocking fee for special order and I explained that I didn’t think my order was special order so should not have 20% restocking fee. KEEP IN MIND IT DIDNT SHIP YET. Next thing you know they send me a rude email and ask if I want to cancel or not. Of course I do that is why I had sent several emails. I said the same thing that yes I wanted to cancel. They decided to ship the order anyway. Disgusting rude and poor customer service. I was treated like a piece of crap. Wish I could post the emails. I will find somewhere to post them."
“There seems to be some confusion here - apparently this person is extremely upset because we shipped their order. Which is exactly what most people want when they place an order online. Not sure what all this other babble is about - if you want cancel an order, simply tell us that. 20% restocking / cancellation fee would apply to a special order OEM part cancelled or returned. Seems If we ship the order its wrong, if we don't ship the order its wrong. More importantly this person (and any other customer) can return most any item they order within 30 days, instead of wasting everyone's times with reviews, and PayPal disputes (which this person has also decided to do even though they got what they ordered).”

Lots of items ship the same day, and deliver within 1-2 days, some take longer. This order shipped on time, just as promised. We are sorry that this person is upset, however as we said - we didn't offer expedited shipping on the OEM Kawasaki parts this person ordered - its not about how much money you offer us. We are only able to deliver what we offer. If that doesn't work, or a certain item is not available or not available in the time you need it, please try to find another place that can cater to your needs.”
