"They advertise free shipping. After ordering watercraft parts, I was told that a light hood (10lbs) was oversized and not included. It would cost $40 extra to ship. Due to ridiculous shipping upcharge, I had the hood removed and kept the other parts on the order. After 2 weeks, the other parts still were not shipped and a few days after 2 weeks, my whole order was randomly cancelled. If you need parts in a timely fashion and are depending on them to show up, do yourself a big favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!"
"2WheelPros.com handled this transaction quickly and the coat came in perfect condition, still on a heavy hanger...that's the good part... when purchasing the coat, being a closeout special the company was adamant about having me sign off on the fact that the coat was none returnable...I did sign off and accept the fact that I got a bum coat and it's now mine... those were the rules... I have another Fly motorcycle jacket that is a XXXL I have lost some weight and it is wearable but loose now and I know that it's atleast a size to big... I ordered this coat because it was a XXL figuring it would fit just fine... went thru the chart for sizing and measured myself and figured it would fit fine... always a risk there... the coat came and I slipped it on and it was over 3 inches away from being able to zipper it... I do have other jackets that are XXL and they are fine... so this coat was Miss Marked and I own it... Giving them 3 Stars was a Gift..."

“Sorry, but the "pony express" we use doesn't run on Memorial Day weekend. You placed the order 8:30PM Friday night 5/25. The order shipped in the stated time (within 1 business day) and we have already sent you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when the order shipped. "Never received the item" may be a bit of a stretch, since this "never" time frame is only 2 business days so far. If you like, we can try and recall the package, but its probably too far along at this point. ”

There was a freight charge, that is true, but we do not force anyone to pay anything that they do not want to pay. Hence since you did not want to pay, we cancelled your order. Simple as that. You can choose to "go elsewhere" (and we truly hope you do find a place that works for you) and we can also not sell something at our choosing to any customer. That is the beauty of a "free market", isn't it. ”
