"I ordered a replacement fender for my RZR from 2WheelPros.com. Both versions of my model had same part pictured on their website. However, the part that was delivered was not the pictured item. I was told that I ordered the wrong part and to return it (minus a 20% restocking fee). I called customer service because the fender cost more to return ($65) than what I paid for it. I spoke with Jenny, who rudely refused to look into how such an error could occur on their website and that the part was not as pictured. She declined further assistance and rudely began repeating "You ordered the wrong part!" when trying to explain the how the website error led to the confusion. She abruptly hung up when I asked to speak to a manager!
2WheelPros.com truely does not value its customers. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere when ordering replacement ATV parts!!! "

"I went to 2WheelPros for a certain color jacket, and tried ordering it three times.
1. My order was cancelled due to a payment issue on my end. After I fixed it, I was told I had to order a second time.
2. Customer service accidentally cancelled my second order instead of my first.
3. While payment was processed on my third order, they then realized they were out of stock. The website's stock was outdated.
I was immensely disappointed and angry at 2WheelPros after this experience. But their customer service was responsive and helpful when I called them in person."

“Maybe Brian L from Epsom, NH can tell us how something can be "bait and switch" when he never actually purchased anything from us. Brian ordered a backrest pad, we contacted Brian to make sure he knows it doesn't come with the mount (which is what our website CLEARLY says, but people don't read), and then we cancelled the order. Here is a link to the item for anyone who wants to see how absurd this review is - where is the "bait"? and where is the "switch"? You ordered a back rest pad which clearly says "Quick-Detach mounting kits available separately" in the description. See for yourself!

All we did is actually protected you from yourself and even then we get a 1 star review. You should thank us we didn't ship you what you ordered and then you'd have to pay for return shipping. You are welcome. We should have just let you deal with the return probably.
