“So first some facts. The order was shipped EXACTLY in the originally stated time (1 business day - which is not only not long, but frankly faster than most places as far as OEM Honda parts go).

How can one state on Monday morning that they could have had it 2 days ago when they ordered on Saturday at 10pm? Maybe this guy has a time machine? He claims he can get something delivered BEFORE he orders it.
We stand behind our response (even though its been edited and out of context). You be the judge if we are being fair and honest or if this customer is reasonable. It sad that people don't realize that they are only embarrassing themselves when they post reviews like that. Hope this person is proud of their grand achievement. ”

“The customer ordered the wrong item - so naturally and obviously it is someone else's fault in the world we live in today. Must be a great life to have when nothing is your fault and you get trophies for participation. Unfortunately we prefer to stick to facts - and after we simply told this person some facts, his reply was of course "What’s the number to a supervisor or manager I’m not sure I like your response and or attitude.". Then he decided to make threats when he didn't get his way. This customer doesn't live too far, so we welcome him to stop by our store and make his threats in person instead of being a "keyboard warrior". Not sure what else we can do to make this customer happy with his $20 purchase. He is welcome to return it within 30 days (which we stated from the beginning). ”
