"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional and downright hostile. Here is a direct quote from them " Here we go! Horrible customer service. I will post on the forums! I will tell my friends and my mommy. Get so old when you get 20 of you a day. " 20 complaints a day!!!!!!! That is 7300 complaints a year. They made a mistake and shipped a defective product and then insulted me saying it was my fault and I didn't even know what make and year my own Atv was. I sent them numerous emails with images showing how the product was defective and I filed a complaint on PayPal and shipped the defective product back to 2WheelLosers . Once the seller found out I left negative comments on Paypal, they immediately escalated my Paypal complaint to a dispute so I would have to wait up to 30 days to get my money back. This was after I let them know I had shipped it and gave them a tracking number. What happened to the customer is always right. For every email I sent them they would respond with another hostile email. Look at the photos, The old one on the left, the new one on the right. Both have the exact same numbers. I have a 2015 Can-am Outlander 800R xmr and their site verified the part. If you get lucky and get the right part and it's not defective then Good Luck to you. I spend thousands of dollars buying parts and fixing Atv's and 2WheelLosers won't get one more cent of my money and if you are smart you would steer clear and get your parts from a reputable seller rather then deal with them every again. STAY CLEAR AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE."
“This person most definitely did NOT get a defective product, he simply got a shock that did not fit his ATV even though our website clearly listed fitment. When we tried to help this person figure out the correct shock for his model and asked for the VIN, but of course he refused to give it to us. For anyone who thinks a VIN is somehow a "private" thing, think again and walk up to any car or motorcycle on the street (you can read the VIN). He sent pictures as "evidence" of our mistake, claiming they show old vs new shock, however his pictures coincidentally cut off the part number printed on his old shock. We suspect he knew he just ordered the wrong part and for some reason got upset with us for doing that. We really don't understand why people get upset with us when we send them EXACTLY what they order. We can't read minds, we don't know what you want to order - so we list fitments for every item we sell on our website, so you can order what you need. We also of course told the customer he can always return the item if its not what he wants within 30 days (which is what he ended up doing). When we asked for the VIN so we can figure out the correct part for this customer, this gem went on to call our customer service "uneducated" and other childish names like "idiots", "retarded monkeys", "ignorant stupid kids", "would be better working at McDonalds", "morons", "retarded idiots", "ridiculous morons", "2wheel douche bags", "Dildo Baggins", "Dufaso", "Lord Farquaad" - which to us seems to indicate this person is either a child or stuck in his childhood. Claims to be 50 years old, so maybe just going senile, you decide for yourself. In either case, we suggest he gets some sane adult supervision when shopping online and sending offensive emails. ”
"Product was great and delivered ahead of schedule "

"I ordered a sissy bar and recieved and sissy bar cushion. I've called on several occasions to get a return # and my calls have not been answered or returned. Very disappointed customer."
“Only problem is Kathleen didn't order a sissy bar, Kathleen ordered a sissy bar cushion, which is EXACTLY what we shipped. We aren't sure how an item called "Sissy Bar Pad" can be confused with anything else than a sissy bar PAD!. The pictures also showed a pad. Once again, another customer upset because they ordered the wrong item. We get so frustrated with these so called "reviews" because customers get to post their version of the story, without ANY facts whatsoever. They get to bash us, call us names, harass us, etc all without any consequence and that's pretty sad. Most often people seem to get upset when they realize that they made the mistake. Maybe Kathleen, did not see the word "pad" in the item name she was purchasing, or maybe the pictures of the pad were confusing to her, we don't really know, and its not a big deal - just return it! Of course when the customer contacted us, we immediately created a return for her and she returned the item for a refund. So the accusations that we were somehow unresponsive, are false. This person also decided to dispute the payment on PayPal - even though she received the item she ordered. Classy.”
"I ordered a new cruise control for my bro-in-law's motorcycle. The product arrived in a couple of days, in perfect condition, and that was appreciated. He installed the new cruise control in a matter of minutes and off down the road. Great product, Great service. Thank You.... Dave "
A rep from Adept Powersports, adistribution, has responded:
“We are not sure why you expect an order that you, yourself cancelled 10 minutes after placing it to ship. The order you are referring to here was cancelled by you. ”
