"My husband loves to find obscure places to shop much to my dismay. AFTER placing his order, I did some research on the site and was very concerned upon seeing all the poor reviews. Considering the amount of money he spent, I was a bit angry he didn't look into the merchant prior to ordering. Well, our order arrived well within the EDD and the shirts were very nice. The material is very soft and they wash up well. That being said, they are a BIT PRICEY but being that my husband is so picky, I guess I have to pick my battles. We will be shopping here again. "
"The second time I wore my new Summer T, product #644196, I accidentally spilled some butter on my shirt while eating out. When I returned home to immediately wash it following the instructions, I was disappointed to find the stain still on the shirt. When I soaked it and again wash it, the stain remained. I would expect an expensive clothing would come clean. It definitely is of poor quality of material. I will never ever purchase an item from 32 Bar Blue again."

They processed my return quickly, I will give then that. But they charge a lot for shipping and don't provide a free return shipping label if you are unhappy with the product. "

"32 Bar Blues has a great catalog, and ordering online is easy. BUT, Customer Service ****. I returned 3 items 2 weeks ago and have 2 items on back order. They have yet to refund my credit, and haven't updated me on the back order. I've tried to call several times, but they never answer their phone and it always goes to VM. Update: 07/24/18 I called my credit card provider yesterday, and have placed a $394 refund dispute with 32 Bar Blues for 3 returned items.
Update 07/27/18 32 Bar Blues refunded my credit card. Word of advice: When returning items, look for a Tracking# on the RA Label and write it down. I don't recall ever seeing one, and didn't have it when I used it to return items. Also, include a "copy" of the Invoice that came with the package when returning items, Another also, when returning items, don't let 32BB charge you an insurance fee when crediting your account. Lastly, if you do return anything, and you haven't been refunded within 2 weeks, in conjunction with calling 32BB Customer Service at ***-***-****, call your credit card provider and put a dispute on the amount of return. You should get a full refund, not a full refund less insurance cost. Good Luck. They only have one Customer Service person, and she will squeeze every nickel and dime out of you if you let her. She wanted me to delete my 1 star review, because after arguing with her multiple times for several days, she finally did what was right and wanted me to delete it. I still have 2 items on back order, so I maybe back updating this.
