I ordered several shirts and received them within a few days. Although not inexpensive, they seem very high quality and I'm very pleased with the purchase (as confirmed by compliments from my wife). I had a question on one of the shirts and again contacted c/s, with another very helpful c/s discussion/experience.

I disputed that because they were going with the day they sent it out not when I received it. At any rate I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I've spent a lot of money with these people. When they look up my accountthey would have seen I have purchased quite a bit of clothing from them over the years. If there was any gray area I would always side with the customer. "I couldn’t be more frustrated, 32 Bar Blues sent me the wrong shirt, twice, I sent back the incorrect shirt on the 17th and here it is 10 days later and I still haven’t received the correct order, or any correspondence regarding the shirt. "I used to order gifts every year but this will be my last. I was given misinformation re when items were to be shipped. I paid extra to have items for Christmas. I received items I did not order and when I called....they said someone would call me back.
Of course this did not happen and I was left with no explanation and then told these were on back order.
Goodbye and thanks for the poor customer service. I can see why companies are going out of business. There is no regard for keeping customers happy so why not order from Amazon....
Sad but true. I always tried to keep local and order from these type of businesses.

"I called to ask a couple of questions and the first person couldn't answer a single question. She got customer service on the line (which is a miracle as I tried earlier and got voicemail - what year is it?) I asked if they had any promotions going for new customers as I was buying over 1K of stuff. Nope. Then here is the kicker - she hung up on me! I wanted to ask about shoe sizing but forget it! With that kind of customer service I'll take my thousand elsewhere.
I hope the owner reads this and hires some outside help. Good product but the company is going to implode themselves. Please read the book Traction."

Eccentric banker?) and I am always able to find something that he thinks is cool. I'm writing because I wish that you made some of your men's styles in women's sizing (or even men's XS). I'm a hoodies and flannels kinda girl.
