"I am pleased both with the customer service and the MBR900 router. The salesperson helped me decide on the router I should purchases given my requirments. Setting up and configuring the router was very easy, easier then I expected. It took only about 30 minutes to have the router up and running and secured with WPA2 on my 2 XP and 1 vista laptops. One minor thing, I found discrepency with the CradlePoint provided instructions for Vista (32 bit Home Edition) The way it described to get to my connections to add the router was not accurate. But it was easy enough to figure out how to add the router on my own."

They will sell it to you (and record the conversation to be sure that they have a record of you agreeing to the data limit) and when you receive a bill with $100's in overage charges, they will not assist you. What is the value add in that? When was the last time that you calculated the data size of your internet/ email activity. I recommend going directly to the vendor and negotiating a contract on your own."

I had issues getting to the http://192.168.01 admin/configuration page. After hours of trying to get to that page, it suddenly appeared and the rest was easy because the 3G CD takes you through the steps of setting up the router. I just purchase an Ntelos air card and did away with my DSL. Since I am new to the air card, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put the air card in my desktop's USB or in the router's USB port to start the installation process (the air card goes in the router). I also wasn't sure how to connect the Ethernet cord from my desktop to the router (plug ethernet in desktop then into one of the yellow ports on the back of the router).
Shipping took 2 days longer than they said it would, but I think the 2ft of snow slowed that down ;o). Customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful before I purchase the MRB1000 (reassuring me that the router was compatible with my particular Ntelos air card). The customer service person also talked very clear English and was easy to understand. I setup the router on a Sunday - no tech support on Sunday ;o(. I am not sure that the router is working with my Magic Jack phone system (phone that plugs into the desktop's USB port)very well. Sometimes the Magic Jack works and sometimes it doesn't. It seems like the Magic Jack only works when actively using the internet. The Magic Jack worked all the time with DSL. I guess the air card becomes inactive. I thought the 2nd USB port on the router would help the Magic Jack work - but that is not the case - I should have known that - the Magic Jack doesn't have wifi! The router and air card communicate with my wireless printer and I am able to print from my laptop. Overall very pleased with the router and 3G Store.

"The Pepwave Mini I received seemed to be defective. 3G customer service was excellent. Their technician (Victor) walked me through the various ways to reset the device. When that proved fruitless, he arranged for a replacement which arrived promptly. Another call to 3G Tech Support had me up and running in short order. 3G techs were very familiar with both Mac & Windows OSes as well as the products 3G sells. I would recommend 3G highly."
