"This was my first purchase from 3g.com and I hope to purchase from them again. I placed an order for a Broadband to Go USB package with a 1GB card.
The product arrived on time, and was in good condition. They included a pamphlet that let me
know exactly what to do to set this thing up. That was helpful.

Unfortunately, It took some time to get it activated but that was a minor issue with the Extreme Mobile people who provide the coverage to the broadband service. But, once that was resolved about an hour or so, and I plugged in the USB device, I had broadband
mobile. Excellent. The reason I selected 3g.com was because I heard their customer service was great, and their prices are very fair. I had previously thought of getting the Virgin Mobile Broadband to Go package but it costs more than this package which came with a 1gb data plan.
I will buy from 3g.com again.

"We are RVers and 3GStore.com has a wonderful reputation on our various Internet forums because they understand and support a mobile lifestyle that relies on technology.

I ordered a Cradlepoint MBR1200 with a rebate for a "clunker" KR1 router. Credit was from MSRP, not the current sale price so the amount was reduced. Also ordered USB760 wireless device through their partner, Imagineering Wireless, and had it reflected on total invoice for additional rebates. Set-up & tips CD could use a bit more info on the new 1200 model, but Tech Support was GREAT. I did activation through Verizon over the weekend because 3G phone support is available M-F only - a negative. Tech answered all remaining questions on Monday.
