"My router was sent promptly and when I finally had time to open it I had problems getting it up and running. I called the tech support dept. and the man walked me right through it and I was up and running in 5 minutes. So easy a baby could do it. thanks 3Gstore.com."
"Where to start? I got my first Cradlepoint, a CTR350, in 2008. Soon I got the PHS300 for my travel. Both performed well, until the CTR350 had a problem. The techs at 3G Store worked both on the phone and remotely with my problem. Cradlepoint's warranty is first class. I just got my third Cradlepoint router an MBR1000. I am pleased with the quality of the routers and the excellence of the service from both 3G Store and Cradlepoint.
With my air card I use these at home, on locations for a hot spot and traveling for my own 'secure hot spot'. I can understand a RV-owner's love of these devices.
Even if you use an air card alone get a Cradlepoint I believe my air card performs better and the added WiFi has been appreciated by my guests.

"I received excellent service from the 3GStore when I had some problem placing my order. They were extremely responsive and helpful."
"The equipment ordered was exactly as advertised and exactly what I needed for my application. The MRR1000 and the external antenna for my air card work better than my expectations (which were very high for this equipment). The support from the 3G Store has been excellent and always exactly on point. The 3G Store will be my "go to" retailer for any and all equipment for this application. "
"The person who helped me was very knowledgable - thanks for everything"
"I contacted 3G Store on a recomendation of a friend. I spoke with Alex at 3G. After I told him what I wanted to do he recommended the products to get the job done. He was very efficient, the order was palced right away and arrived as promised. Great Job.

"Order arrived promptly and correctly. Would not hesitate to order from the 3gstore again"
"The order for router I purchased was made very easy by the salesperson who helped me. All of my questions and concerns we answered and addressed to my satisfaction. The CD that comes with the router proved to be very helpful in setting up the router, which is now up and running very smoothly. It was a pleasure to buy another product through your store."
"Great place to order from.
Shipping is quick with good communication about the shipping status. I was able to place an order Dec 23rd for Christmas Eve delivery.
Very helpful tech support. I spoke with the head of their tech department after experiencing a problem with a Wilson DT signal booster system. He offered a lot of suggestions and even set up a similar system at his desk to try and replicate the problem. After we discovered that Wilson had apparently included the wrong type of cable in with the system, he called back later to let me know that they are going to credit me for the cost of the $40 replacement cable I purchased at Radio Shack because I needed to get the system up and running immediately.
Would definitely recommend highly and buy from again."
"Purchase MBR1000 router, the order was processed promptly as promised and delivered within 2 days via FedEx. The unit itself performed as described basically plug and play and was easily installed. When ordering, the customer service agent was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions regarding set up and operation. I would recommend this retailer to others looking for these types of products"
"amazingly good service! amazingly well informed human beings answer the phone! and a plus, they're nice and patient. prices are good and product is good. 3Gstore is just a great company. "
"This is the second time I've dealt with the 3Gstore. Once to buy an aircard and recently to buy a router. I needed help setting up both times, technology challenged as I am, and your service was superior both times. I love you guys!"
"I was interested in setting up a router and antenna for a recently purchased broadband card and didnt have a clue. Technical support was super helpful in providing information on what products would work best for me and why. And the prices are awesome! I will be back for more!! "
"Great store!
Great service! You don't fell like a dummy when you explain what you need. Your Tech Department personnel speak English as a first language!
I will purchase from 3G again when the need arises, and tell my friends as well.
Sincerly,
Rob Canet

"3G's shipping was quick and although still new, the product works as described. The pre-sale information I received was helpful, and seems to be accurate.
However, like so many products' pitches, the buyer is made to feel that he or she just plugs in/starts the device and off it goes. This really isn't true. Before the sale, I discussed with the 3G sales rep that the broadband connection I would be using exclusively with the Cradlepoint router would an aircard (USB Modem). And 3G transferred me directly to their Verizon partner to buy a EVDO service contract. 3G told me that their units are tested and set up for the customer before they ship them. Yet no one told me that the router's software takes the place of the aircard's software. And I was kind of made to feel like an idiot when I called the first night to be told that my TCP/IP properties (network connection) setting had to be changed to find the server's DNS address automatically. I assume this was previously set with specific static DNS numbers because that's what our previous broadband connection required. The 3G rep said he didn't know why customers change this since computers generally ship from the factory with it set on automatic. I did not change it for a thrill! I asked if changing this setting (to find DNS address automatically) would result in our 'old' connection not working (for a month or so of overlap). He said it shouldn't but of course it has.
I called again today because I tried the Cradlepoint with our laptop (vs. the desktop we use most of the time). The laptop connected wirelessly but required me to log in as the system administrator. In the set-up, I had indicated I wanted users to have to use a 'password' but certainly this would not be an administrator password. In the set-up, there was an option to enter a "pre-shared key. I thought this probably meant a password but was not sure. So I tried to look it up in help. Not listed. As it turns out, many of the terms for which I wanted explanation were not there.
All the preceding words lead up to this: I am not a computer or network expert; nor do I want to be. I have my own areas of expertise. In this day of grandiose communication, I expect technical things geared to the homeowner/average user to be boiled down to commonly used terms and easy to follow recipes.
