"I ordered a Sony camera online. Before 42nd Street Photo would complete my order, I was called. I was told by the shipping person that I failed to indicate if I needed signature delivery or not. This was not the case - there was no place for this on the online order form. It was just an excuse to get me on the phone.

Once I answered this question, I was asked which battery I wanted (2hr, 4hr, 6hr). I told him I just want the standard battery that comes with the kit. The shipping guy told me that Sony says that I need an extended battery for this camera to "work". After a little more of this badgering, he gave up and agreed to ship just the camera.

I got the camera and it was in an unopened retail box, so I was happy for that (unsure what I was going to receive after that conversation with shipping dept.).

Even though I got the camera cheaper from 42nd Street Photo (accessory prices are outrageous), I don't consider it worth being lied to and hassled like I was. I won't be buying from them again."
