"This was the first time ordering through 42nd street. I have ordered through BHPhoto and Cameta regularly. Main reason for the order was the lowest price availability and free shipping via UPS. I was surprised at the price and the small lens cleaning kit that was included.

However, 2 things concerns me.
1. The return/exchange policy is great that you offer 10 day exchange/return, but the fact that there is a 20% restocking fee may deter some customers. To be honest, I would like an exchange as there is a dead pixel on the camera I ordered, but would rather not due to restocking fee.

2. The box the camera was shipped in is not the original box. The box is supposed to be a bundle package box with 2 lens. It seems as though one of the lens was taken out of the box and shipped to match the order. This gives the impression of open box item and plus will hurt the chance of my resale later when I decide to sell the camera (unless I purchase the matching lens). This should have been disclosed on the order somewhere that the retail box may not match item. I had to verify with nikon to make sure it was a new item and not refurbished.

Overall, I am pleased with the camera and the price but little details and return/exchange policy can improve overall experience and future orders as I would like to continue to order through 42nd photo.
