Upon hearing this he questioned me about why I hadn't just bought the camera from them in the first place. Even though I politely responded, none of this information was any of his concern. At one point, I almost asked him how much my business was worth to him - because he was about to lose it. Aside from that aggravating phone call, the experience was easy and fast."
