"Wow! I ordered the theator love seat and couch combo in expesso leather model Republic. Spoke with Zach on the phone on Sunday, 4/19/2020. He answered all the questions I had and processed my order. Then. All the sudden "boom" the next day they shipped. Its Friday 4/24/2020 and the couch was delivered today! The driver was super nice, but be prepared for it to come on a 40ft semi. I met the driver in front of our gated community. Our community is not designed for big rigs. So I took my truck and met at the college next door. He helped me load in my truck. I would recommend the white glove service or if you use flat funiture dollies the boxes are easier to move. The furniture is extremely heavy and well built so it took me my wife and son to move them into our place. The assembly was straightforward and very simple. The main reason I would recommend white glove service is because of the weight of the furniture. So today I noticed that a couple of rubber inserts in the cup holders were missing I called and I talk to Angela who is a customer service rep. She was so friendly and said she would mail those out to me right away, who gives that kind of service? 4seating.com that's who!!! Boom, Bam thank you ma'am. We already have friends who are looking to buy from them too! Very special shout out to Angela and Zach! Give em a pay raise! Thanks again! I am almost asleep while reclined and our pup loves them too. He already picked his seat. Scooter highly recommends too!"

"Pricing was reasonable and the seats are fantastic! One of my seats came with a light strip along the bottom that didn’t work when it arrived. Called 4seating for assistance. The rep was great and helped with me receiving a new light within days. Had to install the light myself, but was very simple and had all the materials I needed to attach the light. I was skeptical about ordering the seats online, but it’s been a great investment. I plan to order another set. Makes my theater room look sharp! "

I had an issue with my SoundShaker not syncing/pairing properly. I believe Richard was the tech support engineer who called to help me with the issue and he suggested instead of using the 2nd bass port on my receiver, to use the Y-cable that came with the kit and run it as if there was only 1 bass port and that instantly did the trick (mentioning this in case anyone else runs into this issue since I couldn't find much in terms of troubleshooting info online)."
