"I purchase several pieces and ordered the white glove service. They scratched and Ripped one of my Sofa's and I have NO POWER CORDS. I was quick to contact the service center but it took over an hr to get someone on the line. The Movers had already left and then they sent me a list of what I should have done, to include signing the receipt saying it was damaged and send pictures within 48 hrs. I sent the pictures and I still have not received any response and it is going on 48hrs. Their customer service is Horrible and they really need to work on that. My Sofa set is useless no because I don't have any power cords. How can you send something out with NO POWER Cords. The company that delivered the items had no idea on what to do and immediately said they had to leave because they had more drop deliveries to make. This will be my 1st and last time working with this company. "
"We purchased the Seatcraft Brown Leather 7000 Power Sofa and Loveseat in August 2021 from 4Seating.com. Recently one of the reclining seats stopped working. If the easy initial sales team and white glove delivery were not incredible enough, I called the company on a Sunday morning and got an immediate direct answer from Brittany, their amazingly efficient, pleasant and helpful customer service rep. In less than 10 minutes, Brittany verified we were still under their initial 1-year warranty vs. our extended warranty, figured out which part was faulty and expedited a new part to us along with a video demonstrating the simple step-by-step installation, further noting they would send someone out to install it if were uncomfortable doing it ourselves. The part arrived by the following Friday and it was a breeze for my husband to install within 5 minutes. We are sold on the rich leather and workmanship of both furniture pieces we purchased, not to mention the
comfort, design, quality, and outstanding high level of 4Seating.com's customer service team which is so rare to find these days! We highly recommend these products and this company and hope to be repeat customers for more of their offered products!!!"

STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and false advertising on time line and faulty product. I ordered a row of 2 chairs. I was told 2 weeks delivery. OK, you would think that's 2 weeks to get your home correct? nope! That is 2 weeks to get to the 3rd party shipper, JB Hunt. Once there, then you have to wait for JB Hunt to call you to schedule delivery and are on their clock now. Which was 6 weeks out! SERIOUSLY? So I emailed sales person at 4seating, Andrew. I got no response about the timeline complaint. Then today, I get my chairs. The delivery guys tell me it has to be missing a piece because there's nothing to connect the 2 chairs together with. One seat has 2 armrests, the other seat has one one so as with all other furniture that connects that seems normal. The bottom shows 2 connecting tracks like it's supposed to connect to something but the other seat has nothing to connect to. I email pics and description of issue and complaint about it taking 2 months to Andrew again, no answer. I email to Patricia, she responds with

Thank you again, Patricia ***-***-****" Seriously? They just "sit close together" No way that's true! I email her back that there's no way that can be right that it has connecting tracks on bottom but nothing to connect to. NO RESPONSE. Horrrible customer service responses and faulty product. Don't waste your time with them!

"We bought two couches from 4Seating and had an issue with one of them. Angela did a fantastic job making things right! She communicated clearly and got back to me quickly about what they would do. They went above and beyond. The couches are nice looking and comfy. Highly recommend!"
"Be careful buying these when you can't try them out in person! They charge a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. We just received ours and they are very uncomfortable. It's like sitting on rocks and not bearable for our backs. When we tried to initiate the return (in original boxes and perfect condition) they said they would have to charge us a $1500 restocking fee!!
Update: just received a voice-mail from 4 seating saying that in order to return the chairs I would be responsible for an additional $1,200 shipping charge! On top of the 30% restocking fee. Originally they quoted me $293 for shipping which was reasonable. So, we would lose $2,700 on $5,500 chairs that no one can use for more than 30 minutes at a time without major back issues. "
"I ordered a seatcraft kodiak theater seat and for some reason the seat did not sit square. I contacted the company and they shipped me out a new chair within a couple of weeks. Amazing customer service! New chair is perfect."
"I would not recommend them at all. I ordered seats worth 5800+ with white glove delivery on January 8th and they said it was shipped the same day..
It’s been almost a month and their delivery company has not contacted me regarding delivery. Their customer service company has no accountability regarding the same other than saying that delivery company will contact me.
I feel cheated by their sales guy (Zack) who has also washed off his hands and their delivery partners (RoadRunners, JB Hunt). They behave as if they do not have any accountability and it is as if the entire responsibility is with their delivery partners (with whom I have no contact).
I just heard today that they lost part of the shipment in transit. Something that I have been waiting to get. They have zero remorse and do not even feel sorry about the delay, and conveniently use the excuse of pandemic.
If it was any other professional company they would have taken the accountability and made sure they items were delivered in time and as promised and may have even compensated for the delays.
It was a big mistake going to 4seating.com for my purchase. I have requested them to refund me for the items lost in transit and deliver the remaining seats. Will update if I hear anything from them."
