"In 2016, I purchased from 4SEATING.COM, seating for a home theatre.
The product was the Madera 7000 (leather) series, a 4 seating combination
After extensive use, the seats when cleaned, are virtually brand new
The leather and padding have held up extremely well
I required two service calls over the years, one upon delivery (Toronto, Canada) and another after moving 300 miles north (Sudbury)
Both service requirements were not product orientated.
4SEATING - stepped up in both cases, no questions, no fuss and provided me with the most amazing service, sending the replacement parts FEDEX the next day

"We ordered four tiered movie seats from 4seating. Three of the four chairs wound up being damaged by the third-party shipping company, (clear box cutter slices in the arms of the chairs). This was disappointing because not only do we pay $400 for white glove delivery and assembly, we now have to wait 12 weeks for replacement since the seats are custom. The only saving grace was that the customer service representative that helped us, Brittany, was outstanding. She helped us with replacing all the chairs and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. My only complaint is that I feel we should be refunded the shipping charges because of the damages.
Shipping was refunded so changing my review to five stars. "

"My girlfriend and I purchased a Vienna Sofa for our new apartment. Unfortunately, there were 3-4 weeks of delay. We were never notified.. and they delays caused the couch to arrive on a date where we would be out of town most likely. This caused us to have to pay $200 for white glove delivery, Angela Adams was the light at the end of a frustrating tunnel that had me leave 10+ voicemails, emails, and unanswered calls to the contact I purchased the couch from. She was able to offer a solution that helped cover the $200 we had to spend due to the delays, and to help make up for the frustrating customer service debacle. She was clear and helpful, and helped make a situation a little more whole. "

"Looks like 4seating has good reviews overall so I ordered 2 leather couches on May 9th with the understanding they would take 4 weeks to reach me. On June 5th I have not heard one word from 4seating so I called and spoke to Jessica. She stated the couches would be delivered July 1st which would be 7 weeks from the time I ordered. On June 29th, not a word from their no service department so I emailed Jessica who emailed me right back. Her response was "our apologies there is now another 3 week delay with the delivery of your furniture so it will not be Delivered until July 21st". I emailed her back and she referred me to Richard a customer service rep who was not helpful. His only option was to get me in touch with another sales rep and purchase something different or they could issue me a refund. I have now been waiting on this furniture for 2 months and this is the service I get. They don't care! Where is management? Why are they not getting involved? Why does this company allow hourly service reps to make decision that aggravate their customers? I don't get it! It's now July 2nd and I just cancelled my order which I am sure not one person at 4seating cares! I am back to square one. When I canceled last night Jesse another sales rep stated it would take 3-5 days to process and a manager would have to approve the return notification. So funny because on May 9th when I placed my order my card was charged the same day. I have no confidence in 4 seating and i can see myself fighting them to receive my refund. Potential customers of 4seating beware, this company will lie to you and will never keep you posted unless you call them first. Also if you don't mind waiting for 3 to 6 months to get your furniture this might be the place for you!!"

Everyone comments on how beautiful and comfortable our seats are. We did a ton of research before purchasing and are so happy we went with 4seating. Dario helped us pick the proper seats and configuration. We went with the Enigma seats and they are so comfortable and beautiful. Relaxing reading a book, watching a movie or enjoying time with friends, we can sit on these seats all day and be comfortable. "
"I ordered a marquee for my home theater, and it arrived within the promised time frame, but unfortunately, although the marquee worked great, it was the wrong model & wrong color/finish. These things happen. I get that. How a company responds to a mistake is what sets them apart, in my opinion.
First off, the model that I received was actually an upgrade to the one I ordered. The color/finish was also incorrect. To make things right, the company not only shipped me a new "shell" in the correct color for my marquee, but the left me with the "upgraded model", which was more expensive...AT NO EXTRA COST! I simply replaced the shell, and sent back the incorrect shell in the box they provided, with a pre-paid label...and that was it! Simple, easy solution to a little mistake...and for the inconvenience, I ended up with a more expensive marquee at no extra cost.
That is customer service done right! "
