We put it together looks beautiful.

"Was really skeptical buying theatre seating online. Concerned with quality, comfort of the seat and what might happen if we had any problems after the sale. Looked at several local stores, but not much to choose from on the floor so if we went that route we would have to special order which meant a 12 week delivery and a hefty restock if we did not like. Decided to take the risk and order online. Saved about 40%! Researched several companies online. 4seating.com seemed to have the best selection, price and reviews. Called their 800 number and spoke to Bob. He had a wealth of experience. Said he was one of the first people to ever sell theatre seating online in the world. Told Bob we wanted a seat that looked good from the back as seats would be in the middle of our great room and would accommodate me at 6' 3" and 240 lbs comfortably. Bob steered us to Seatcraft as having the best value for the money. Suggested Stanza and another model based on the size and view from the back. We went with the Stanza. Received the product in 3 weeks. Would have been sooner except for COVID. Seats came well packaged and were placed in our garage. Easy to assemble. Impressed with the quality of the leather and the overall look. Initially the lights would come on but I could not get the seats to move. Started to second guess my decision. Called customer service and was speaking to a live body in less than two minutes. Turns out I was trying to push the control button instead of sliding it. Felt dumb that I did not figure that out but was impressed with how quickly the CSR figured it out. Had the seats for about two months and one of them stopped working. Lights would come on but seat would not move. Called CSR and was talking to a live body in less than a minute. Immediately she asked me if I could try a power supply from another seat with the seat that was not working. I did that and the seat worked. Turns out I did have a bad power supply. A new power supply is being Fed Ex'd to me this week. Seatcraft seats and customer service from 4seating.com have exceeded my expectations!"
"I'd rate this company in the negative if I could! Told them I wanted to cancel my order because it had been two weeks since I had ordered. They tried to charge me a re-stocking fee and the cost of the shipment. Turns out the shipping company lost my couch but I had a delivery appointment setup! Needless to say the delivery never happened and no one gave me the heads up that it was lost. Now I'm almost a month out from ordering and still no refund (its been over 10 business days). Customer service is terrible they tell you they'll call you back and never do. They make you deal with the shipping company (stated we don't have a contract with them we just use them). I'm out $2000 and still have yet to be refunded, called today and they said something got messed up on our end (shocking!). Legal action is the next step, won't respond to better business bureau inquiry as well (can you say shady?). Strongly advise to shop local, this company is garbage and judging by other reviews they don't stand behind their products. "

"I had purchased Seatcraft Anthem Home Theater Sectional for around $3,000 about 2 years ago; it’s been placed in a room that is rarely used as it is used for entertainment purposes only. Last month the central seat of the couch completely caved-in. It is disappointing that the couch that is supposed to be a high-end item is so poorly made. I have a sofa type couch that I got from Turkey and have been using daily for the last 15 years and there is almost no tear and wear. When contacted the 4seating.com was told that they can not do anything about it. Had a furniture repair company evaluate/fix the damage and even they were surprised at the low quality of the product."

The Love Seat Came Broken and they said they ordered replacement backs for it. I have talked with customer Service about 8 times and there has been constant delays and changing delivery dates, I never am able to talk to the previous customer Service Rep. This has been a constant shell game with them and i am sitting here still with a Broken Love Seat. I want a full refund and them to come pick up this broken unit. They have not fulfilled on the promise to deliver me new replacement Parts.
I do not Recommend this Company."

"I ordered a custom home theater couch from 4seating.com that was unique enough that they had to generate a new part number just for the configuration I wanted. We ordered this couch pre-pandemic but it arrived during the first surges of Covid in the US, so we were pretty happy to get the furniture at all. Upon arrival I noticed that each of the chaise loungers had arms on them, but our specifications were that arms were only to be on the outside of the two outside chaises. I brought this matter up with Richard Valdez and he quickly started looking for a technician in my area that could come and modify the loungers to meet my original specifications (note that the disruptions caused by Covid was the reason the couches did not get modified properly before they shipped to us). Unfortunately, since the entire country was pretty much on lockdown, no technician could be found. Richard then decided that the best way to handle the situation would be to ship the chaise loungers that needed to be modified back to the closest 4seating warehouse so they could be modified and then shipped back to me. Upon receiving the middle loungers for the second time, we were immensely satisfied.
Our home theater couch consists of 4 chaise loungers with arms on only the outside of the two outside loungers. We have motorized backs and headrests and we opted for their highest quality leather. The chaise units are absolute beasts and we love the couch! This furniture is going to last us at least a decade, probably a lot longer.
But that brings me to another point. Just recently my wife pointed out to me that some of the stitching was coming undone on one of the chaise loungers. I took some pictures of the stitching and sent them to Richard Valdez. He quickly set up a replacement chaise to be shipped to us completely free of charge. And they don't even want the old chaise back!!!
I really like the furniture we got from 4seating.com, but their customer service is where they really shine, at least in our case. At no point during any of the correspondence between myself and Richard were there any delays in his responses to my inquiries. He was always courteous and extremely helpful. I thanked him numerous times for being so patient with me and for always being so receptive, but I'm going take this opportunity to thank him one more time. Thanks Richard!!!"
"I called the company when the sofa came with a hole in the side. Angela told me to accept the order and they would replace the part. I did so and discovered two days later when I called back for a status update that the replacement wouldn't come for another 3 months (this was after the original order took 4 months to arrive). Had I known this, I would have refused the order and looked elsewhere.
Actually, it took two follow-up calls because I got conflicting information about whether an order for the replacement panel had even been placed--which seems a strange thing for a company to get wrong the first time I ask.
As for the length of time, they kept telling me the delay was due to the fact that it was a "custom" order. They couldn't explain what that meant. These are standard parts on a commoditized sofa (you see other brands selling the same thing on other websites). I didn't order anything other than the standard options on the site.
Regardless, my problem isn't so much that it's going to take so long to get the replacement panel, it's that it would have been nice to have all of the information before I ordered, or even before I accepted the damaged sofa. When I complained about the lack of information regarding the part (not the length of time itself, but the lack of information about it), Angela's response was: "Then you shouldn't have ordered a custom sofa." This is despite saying just prior that this delay for the replacement panel would have been just as long for any sofa they sell. Again, I still don't know what makes a sofa custom and standard for them.
You can find their style of sofa cheaper elsewhere. I chose 4aeating because I read good reviews on their service. I might have just had an unusual experience, but their service was lacking for me."

"It has been over 1.5 yrs since I bought my seats and sound shakers. We don’t watch much in the summer but now as things cool we are back in out theater and I noticed 2 of our chairs were not responding to the sound shaker. I determined there was a wire that seemed to have a internal broken connection. 4seating sent me out a new 4 seat connector wire free of charge. That is a real concern for customer care and satisfaction."
"First I just want to say I absolutely LOVE this company, I purchase two very expensive and very beautiful Seatcraft Your Choice Apex Two-Tone Red/Black leather chairs a year ago and I have been loving them ever since, they are the reason why I enjoy my 4k movies with popcorn in hand.
Today i had a small issue with one of the chairs not working a quick phone call and I was connected with Brittany, who was super friendly and assured me everything was going to be ok, as she diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, it came down to a faulty controller before i had a chance to even say thank you, she was already going to send me a replacement right away.

"We got two rows of five seats each with rumble and they are fantastic and comfortable. We got manual leg extension rather than electric because we had electric before and didn't like the speed.
We had two small issues with the chairs which were fixed immediately. A power supply got lost in shipping and a small handle cracked. Both were replaced immediately upon contacting support. When we're done with these seats there's only one option we'll consider for replacement."
